    This store is a BIG F!!! The salespeople and the manager are dishonest and are not accountable for…read moretheir lies and hustle mentality to get customers to purchase its deals. Then the customer is left holding the bag. My phone was stolen as I was at the mall so you can imagine I'm already upset. I only need a phone which I told the salesman several times. He constantly keeps telling me about their current deal (2 watches or iPad) and how it will raise my bill a few dollars. I finally said ok and told him. I wanted to keep my current plan. I get my bills and to my surprise, my bill goes up $100 & I was taken out of my current plan. I immediately called customer service who told me that I had to go to the store where everything was done to get it reversed. I go to the store the salesman acts stupid like he didn't defraud me saying it was a mistake. The manager comes out and says they can't take it back because it's past 14 days. I explained that I spoke with customer service who told me I could return it and pay a $55 restock fee and he refused. I called customer service while in the store who said they could do anything g cause it was purchased in-store and that it's the store's choice to take it back. So the manager has unscrupulous morals and sales tactics and then you are stuck with a product they refused to take back so their sales quotas aren't affected. I have been a customer for 30 years and I'm moving my service to Verizon.

    My experience at the location was by far THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever been…read morethrough. Not only was my family and I lied to about our contracts, our bill came in 3x higher then what we were told. We were expecting a $150 dollar bill but it came to $442. When we called the store to dispute our charges, the assistant manager Omar did nothin to help and when he transferred me to his GM Kevin, I was hung up on mid conversation. I would advice anyone looking for a cell phone plan to stay as far away from AT&T as possible.

    If I could give this location and manager a negative 10 stars I wouldn't think twice about it…read more Walk in around 4:40 pm today (store closes at 6) 2 other customers waiting. 2 sales reps helping 2 other customers. So we sit and wait. We know the other 2 people were waiting before us. Waiting for about 25 mins. Still no contact from ANY kind of employee (no hello walking in the door, no "I'll be with you guys shortly". NOTHING. 5:15 pm comes and the Manager, Greg walks out of the back room. Asks us If he can help us. Me and my wife say yes, we would like to upgrade our phones. IMMEDIATELY as we said that, he looks at his watch and says " oooh sorry, we won't be able to do any upgrades. We're closing soon" I look at my watch knowing that it's only 5:15 and they close at 6pm. I asked Greg if they close at 6pm today. He's says yes we do. I then say "ok, that's 45 minutes away. Why aren't we able to?" His response was his employees are with customers which we knew. I then asked him why he wouldn't be able to do the upgrade since he's the manager and SHOULD know how to do all operations in the store. His response was "I don't sell" Meaning, he didn't want take the time to help customers upgrade since he's salary and gets no commission from it. Pretty opposite of any kind of good customer service. I then tell him we will be going to another location. Thanks for no help, Manager Greg. He proceeds to tell me that all locations close at 6pm. Go ACROSS the street to another location that was open until 8pm. We tell that employee at that location about the mindblowing experience we just had. He tells us this is not the first or second time he has heard about this particular store and manager. So instead of helping his store get more revenue and getting customers out the door with their needs and issues they're there for, he wants to push it off and do nothing. Mind you, previously I said he came out of the back after we were sitting there for 30 mins. Sad he doesn't wanna generate sales for the store or help his employees get commission. Beware

    I don't even know how to word my recent experience at this AT&T location. Doesn't matter what job…read moreyou're in, I think it's important to stay professional and dress appropriately. It's one thing to bring your behind to work but it's another to have it visible to customers... this one staff here, Caucasian male, heavy set had me feeling really... uncomfortable with his improper dress code, having his behind shown. If your pants are loose maybe a belt could help? I hope my next trip back to this store the staff will APPEAR better, (behind fully covered).

    First time in this AT&T store this afternoon and the store manager Mike walked in at the same time…read moreas I did and immediately asked how he could help me! I think had just come back from a break or something and it was a pleasant surprise. I had a problem with the IMEI# on the new phone not registering on my account (just the old one) and was told by a rep at the 1-800 AT&T # that I HAD to go into the store. Mike fixed the problem quickly and was very nice and helpful. I even decided to upgrade my paid off tablet to a new one and that was done in a flash too! This location is a LOT closer to where I live, so no need to go to Sicklerville or up to Route 73 in Voorhees anymore, especially NOW with the crazed weekend Christmas shoppers! That's a win!

    Totally mixed review here, and I am truly thinking that a a future review update will be higher . …read more . I signed up w/ AT&T at an offsite location, with a Labor Day special. It is a killer deal actually. Tah-tah T-Mobile, although they NEVER did a thing negative in my book. They were actually . . . fabulous. I just love saving money, plus got two new gorgeous iPhone 12's to boot!!! Anyway, Kevin, went above and beyond to help me fix the issue I went in for. What a super, nice, "kid," yeah, I'm getting up there in age! He even was fine w/ me making a call to the regional Philly manager about my issue when he was done helping me. I greatly appreciated it, as I spread my paperwork and new phones out in the little reception area! I'm excited to be a customer (again). Props again to Kevin :)
