Matt from AireServ came out for a second opinion and cost estimate, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained things to me, and gave a much lower estimate for maintenance work. When hubby & I moved here from out-of-state with our Verizon cell phones, we noticed this store, then located by the Walmart, in the Pennsville Marketplace shopping center. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and overall it was a very good experience. We've gone in, now and then, with random questions or minor problems, which they've always been able to answer and help with. While everyone there is quite helpful and personable, we've worked with Robert, more than anyone, so he's kind of our favorite. (Shhh. lol) He does whatever he can to address the customers' needs and find a satisfactory resolution, and I imagine that anyone there does the same for their customers. They have since relocated to a bigger, brighter store with much better visibility from the road, in the Pennsville Shopping Center, near the Acme.
