I started using them last year, 2015, because my sons started breaking their phones that have ridiculous insurance deductibles. I've been a regular since. They're quick, accurate and informative, they really do know their trade and even help with advice on things that I'm not there for. Their pricing is reasonable and accurate. At one point a friend told me they went to a different place for a cheaper price, so I called the other place, they told me a cheaper price over the phone (it was an iPhone 6s at the time), I drove to the other place and when I got there they told me a higher price that the person on the phone gave me misinformation. -_- really ... I left that store and drove here and still had time to get my phone fixed because they're open until 7pm which is also great because of my work hours. Needless to say I haven't ventured out to any other repair store since other than here - Phone Repair Plus. One time out of at least 6 times I've used them so far, after they fixed my son's phone I brought it home to him and I didn't know his password and when he turned it on he realized the screen was not registering when he pressed certain digits. I brought the phone right back and they fixed it, no questions asked, and it was good to go. They also give a warranty. The people are friendly and down to earth. Well I guess that's it, they're great and my go-to repair store! Been using them for a while so I figured it was yelp-worthy! Thanks!

I went into the shop Monday afternoon, only to find out they didn't have it, but would order it and have it the next day. I went in Tuesday, and the employee told me the screen wouldn't be delivered until about 4:15 PM that afternoon. I said I would return Wednesday. Wednesday at 10:15 AM - the screen still hadn't been delivered, but delivery was expected by 11:15 AM (FedEx!). I then called at 12:30 PM and still no delivery. Finally got a call around 1:45PM that the screen had arrived. Technician replaced the screen in about one hour. Final repair cost was $10 less than a competitor. Guessing the delivery problem was with FedEx, but recommend contacting them ahead of time to verify they have the parts and equipment on hand to actually repair your phone or computer.

I was nervous about "cutting the cord" and going to internet only. Tom was great and was able to get me the right antenna with a clean professional install. What's also important to point out is that we live on the edge of the Philadelphia viewing area and our service is great.

I didn't go in with my father as I am disabled and he said I didn't need to go inside with him. When he got into the car he didn't have the picture frame no picture. I asked him where they were and he said they told him he had to leave them and they would finish it for him and he could pick up the picture tomorrow. Then, while we were driving home I asked, how much did they charge you for the glass? $65! I couldn't believe he said $65. I wanted to go back and get the picture frame back but he said they were going to finish the framing for him. The next day my mother and I went back and he told me $65 and my mother told him that was excessive, & he just said $65! So I asked for a military discount. At first he just repeated the $65 then he said $50. Stills total ripoff and the framing wasn't completed as expected. He said we just do glass we don't frame. I'll never recommend nor use them again for anything. Took advantage of the elderly and the veterans. Disgusting!!!

WalTech had a great rating so we decided to call. Venus was wonderful. She listened and really cared about our problem. Venus spoke to Walt about coming out that day and we set it up. Walt showed up within an hour. He was very friendly and listened to our concerns about getting it fixed before our food spoiled. Walt then diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for repair. He had the compressor and could do it right away so we happily agreed. If we could not get it fixed that day, we were ready to buy a new Refrigerator with next day delivery. We are very happy with WalTech and highly recommend them.
