Later, I asked for copies of the Illustrator and vector files and they refused to turn them over stating "we do not do that" and "they are professional files." It was really disappointing because I am very technical and I sometimes like making my own edits and design tweaks. I felt like they were forcing me to use them to do the edits (so I would need to pay them) and all the printing. I mean why can't I have the files. I paid them to make them and what are they really going to do with my files. I think the counter argument is they are artists and they own the rights. I call BS because this is not art, it is a business owner paying for a service and a product. I will not hire these guys again because I do not feel this is an honest approach to business. No one told me I could not have the files when I hired them either. Perhaps this is a difference of opinion but I will let my wallet speak by hiring another someone else for future projects.

After nearly two weeks without a response to my follow up email addressing my concerns, I'm sharing…read moremy experience publicly. I hired Trolley Web to manage my Google Ads campaign for three months, paying $1,950. According to my Google Ads account change history, updates were made on only two days during that entire 3 month period, both while we were on scheduled phone calls. Outside of those calls, I could find no evidence of ongoing campaign management. Their contract states its services are valued at $125/hour. Even assuming just 4 total hours of work over 3 months, the level of service delivered falls short of what I paid for. My primary concern is the lack of accountability. When I initially raised my concerns and cancelled my services, Trolley Web claimed substantially more work had been completed, including detailed and accurate conversion tracking. Three months into this service, my Google Ads account reported 33.99 conversions in a single day in July, despite my business not receiving anywhere near that number of calls, emails, and/or clients during the *entire* month. This strongly suggests the conversion tracking was not configured correctly. I raised this issue over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.
