I hired Trolley Web to manage my Google Ads campaign for three months, paying $1,950. According to my Google Ads account change history, updates were made on only two days during that entire 3 month period, both while we were on scheduled phone calls. Outside of those calls, I could find no evidence of ongoing campaign management. Their contract states its services are valued at $125/hour. Even assuming just 4 total hours of work over 3 months, the level of service delivered falls short of what I paid for. My primary concern is the lack of accountability. When I initially raised my concerns and cancelled my services, Trolley Web claimed substantially more work had been completed, including detailed and accurate conversion tracking. Three months into this service, my Google Ads account reported 33.99 conversions in a single day in July, despite my business not receiving anywhere near that number of calls, emails, and/or clients during the *entire* month. This strongly suggests the conversion tracking was not configured correctly. I raised this issue over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.
