Will has pretty much everything you could ever ask for in an agent; cool, clam and collected, knowledgeable, transparent and an overall good human. He has really taken the time to understand my vibe and sends me out for auditions that are right on target. I also really appreciate the fact that he has kept his roaster small, choosing to stack the deck with quality talent that he really believes in and knows how to market, rather than playing the numbers game. It's only been six months, and I have already booked TWO commercials as well as a social media sponsorship deal through Will. Vie Agency is definitely on the rise, and I am so happy to be part of the family xo

Joe Moyer and M3 Models met my daughter and myself at a restaurant near Springfield, MO. When he…read morestarted discussing that he felt my daughter had potential to work as a Print and Runway Model I was extremely skeptical because we had previously went down that road with Casablanca Agency (who immediately wanted to sell us THOUSANDS of Dollars of Classes and a "Portfolio"). What really surprised me about Moyer Model Management though was that they WERE NOT selling Anything to us and said that my daughter would Learn by DOING! Granted, we did have to get a portfolio shot for my daughter, but Moyer arranged for this to be done at actual cost (which was more than 2/3 less than it would of cost us elsewhere) and we were never "Obligated" to use the recommended Photographers that work with Moyer. (we did our research and found out that a portfolio would have cost us OVER $1,000 with any photography studio we contacted). Moyer Model Management signed my daughter and went straight to work. Within 6 months (literally) my daughter had shot with four different photographers (which was done "TF" style so it didn't cost us a dime) and she got small non-speaking roles on two Television Series). It has now been 16 months since we signed with Moyer. My daughter has done at least 7 Runway Fashion Shows (two of which were very good pay) and she has been in four magazines (still waiting for her first cover, which we are hoping will be soon. Joe Moyer, who owns Moyer Model Management and M3 Models is an extremely Blunt and upfront person (something I was, and am, very happy about). He didn't blow smoke, and told us it wouldn't happen over night, and that it would take work by not only my daughter, but by my wife and I as well. He was 100% accurate, and we are completely and totally happy that my daughter was discovered by Moyer. She now "books" work through 7 Booking Agents throughout the Mid West and Central USA. Thank you Joe Moyer and M3 Models!

In 1994 Mr. Moyer purchased controlling interest in Media3World, an Advertising and Marketing Agency based in New York City and quickly redesigned Media3World (M3) into a silent giant in the Advertising and Marketing Industry. This also led to the creation of M3 Models, a full scale Model and Model Family, friendly agency that became known for it's "anti-portfolio-mill" policies. The owner, Laurie, told me "Let's go" and rushed me into a dressing room. As I was laying out my outfit options and explaining what I was thinking for the looks, she tells me "Yeah honestly just dump everything on the floor we have to hurry." She was in SUCH a rush and made me feel like such a burden. As I was getting my hair and makeup done, she kept rushing the makeup artist. Since the poor artist was rushing, my look was not professional in the slightest. It was sloppy. This was not the artists fault, as I've seen her former work and she's actually very talented. After the third time Laurie told the makeup artist to hurry I said something along the lines of "Are you sure we should rush? I just want to make sure these come out well." which Laurie replied with "Well, it's actually not always all about you so you're going to have to get used to that." Technically, it SHOULD have been all about me because I was the only client in the studio. Then, as I was showing her a look she picked out for me, she told me "That's fine, just suck in that pouch." (talking about my lower stomach fat). I paid $500 for THIS treatment??? To make matters worse, as I was posing and doing everything the photographer was asking me to do, Laurie chimes in with "You know, you're not a super model so stop trying to pose like one." I could not BELIEVE what I was hearing from this woman. I have never been talked to so horribly. Because of this experience, I didn't go out for days afterwards because she made me feel so awful about myself. DO NOT. GO. HERE! Laurie is vicious. She also made her workers miserable and it showed!!!!
