I left my car so they could take off the wheels, remove the tires, repair some bad scratches, remount and balance. They said it would probably take 3 days, but asked for 5 just in case. The price was reasonable, and the matt black color option matched the other black parts from the factory. I believe the color was called "black Jack" and has 20% gloss if anyone is interested. They finished the car in 2 days. They kept me updated on the progress through text messages and phone calls, and they replaced the factory center badges with after market badges I left with them. It was a great experience and the wheels look fantastic. I have had lots of compliments.

I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" She told me that I could pick up the order after 3pm but I was so busy with finalizing things for the funeral that I didn't remember the programs until almost 6pm. I checked the website and saw that they closed at 5pm and wouldn't reopen until the following Monday. The funeral was on Saturday. I desperately drove to the shop hoping to find someone working late but they were indeed closed. I had to have those programs. In a last ditch effort I contacted the Woodbury Police and explained my situation. They reached out to the owner and in a few minutes Mr. Anthony Bellia called me, extended his condolences, and called an employee to reopen the shop. I have my order! Despite the expensive home audio setup I have at home, I came to this shop with very little knowledge about car audio. Felix at the front desk greeted me immediately and fielded all of my questions and gave me several quotes to best fit my budget as well as my end goal (which was to obtain a high level of clarity and detail by installing aftermarket speakers and amplifiers along with having two 12" subwoofers installed to fulfill my inner basshead). After settling on the right price and components (which were explained to me thoroughly despite my lack of knowledge), we arranged to have my system installed the very next day. Before getting into my car the next day after the installation, I had the chance to meet with Felix again as well as the owner, Tony. Both of them took the time to explain exactly what they installed and why, but more importantly - they explained the level of investment that their technicians put into their work on my car by adjusting each detail to fine-tune the sound to perfection.
