I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I'm thankful for them taking care of my mom and I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for everything you would want and more from a detailing and ceramic coating experience. I could see my reflection on every part of my exterior, and the inside was even better! When I say there was a *lot* of dog hair in there, I mean there was basically another small dog living in my car. Not after she took care of it though! My floor mats were so clean that the soles of my shoes became polished too! The best part? Jassina did this all IN MY DRIVEWAY. I don't even have a hose out there!!! She just plugged into a basic outlet and had my car all prettied up in five hours. She did this on a Sunday!!! A reasonable price, and I didn't even have to leave my house. Quality: 2.5 - as you can see the attached image, this is it. I just wanted to generously ignore it, but their disappointing responsibility ended up for me to report it. In addition, I have a few dusts from the driver side. I got the tint job with all 4 windows with hatch and the 4 windows have different cut length from the edge of each windows - irregular. 2. Kindness: 5 - they were kind at the visit 3. After service: 1 - after a couple of months of tint job, my car started sounds rattling from each window which is pretty annoying and it got louder and more frequent. After visiting two dealerships, both of them were concluded that the sound is due to the quality of the tint job. One said they broke my B pillar part, and the other said thickness of the tint film causes the noise by harming the parts. I contacted them and they asked me to send the quotes for the fix, so I did as their request. I thought that they could reimburse or at least find a solution together, however, unfortunately, they started not to respond at all. The service guy said that the part was broken because they had to take the part off when tint jobs, but they said they did not (to me, it was obvious that they could have caused the noise because no one touched the car, but I wanted to trust them). Therefore, I asked them to contact the dealership and explain what they did so that I can fix my car under the vehicle warranty. They "Once" contacted to the service, and that was all that they tried for resolve this issue. They said that they tried to contact but there was no response from the dealership (from their email: Yes called a couple weeks ago. The he wasn't in. Who ever I talked to knew the car. I explained how we tint. And he left a message. I never heard back from them.). Just to things to be clear, I have never done any modification from the stock, and they only touched the vehicle. There was no tint at all when I purchased my car. I bought a vehicle (less then 1 year old CPO, 13K) from a dealership with stock condition - no mod at all. 4. Responsibility: 1 - they seemed to be responsible initially, where they asked me the price for fix as they might somewhat agree that they did something wrong. However, after I sent the quote, they started to deny their mistake and ended up not to respond at all. I cannot give even 1 for their responsibility.

We live in a location with lots of maple trees that drip tree sap and insect honeydew which are notorious for destroying a car's paint. I looked into better car washes - like touchless centers (which are dramatically less damaging than typical automatic car washes), better car waxes, etc. I then tripped over the option of ceramic coating and PPF (Paint Protection Film), but the latter is extremely expensive and this isn't exactly a Lamborghini. A quick search of businesses that do coating in my area led to a handful of options. I called them all and got estimates ranging from $900 up to $2,500 with protection guarantees ranging from zero to nine years. Of all the places I called, the most responsive and helpful was DeCrosta. I'd obviously never done this before so I had a litany of questions. How does it work? Can it help with tree sap? How does car washing work? What doesn't it protect? What's the exact process? The list was endless. The owner, Joe, picked up the phone right away and answered all my questions in detail. After a few days, I called back again with a few more questions and, after he answered those, I set up an appointment to get it done. I opted for the nine-year application at a price well under what other shops were offering for just two or three years of protection. Much to my surprise, Joe actually picked the vehicle up at my house and took it in for the day. He recommended keeping it overnight to allow the coating to set properly. The next day he brought it back and my wife and I were astounded. I'd never seen a car shine like this before. The little glitter-like dots in the paint (Joe informed me they're called flakes) were incredibly prominent. I'd barely even noticed them before. Plus, water just fell off the car or beaded up in ways beyond what I'd seen with waxes. He showed me how simple it was to just blow the water off with a leaf blower. Joe also took the time to walk me through future care. He sent links for the right products to buy for doing my own car washes - washes that proved to be much easier given the coating. At an included follow-up wash he showed me how to do the wheels properly and the correct way to use a cleaning mitt to avoid any damage. It was all pretty fascinating for something as simple as a car wash. The first time I washed it on my own, everything happened just the way he described. The dirt slid off as did the honeydew spots and tree sap. The water vanished in the recommended towel with barely a touch. I found myself enjoying the experience for the first time since washing my first car back in the 80s. The tedious, exhausting exercise of the past was gone. DeCrosta kept me in the loop every step of the way and continued answering my questions after the process was complete. He explained why the products he uses are better than what you might normally pick up. Better pH balancing, better at working on ceramic coatings, better at reducing wear, etc. I couldn't possibly be happier with the service and his continued attention to the finest details. My wife's biggest question at the start was if this was "necessary" and I reminded her that we always spend the money to protect our phones. Why shouldn't we apply the same thinking for a $40,000 purchase? Only time will tell how well it stands up to the elements and challenges of my location, but Joe assures me he's got it covered - and we believe him.

Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash. Wash Haus Hand Car Wash on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd recently opened and has great reviews so far, so I'll be trying them for my next wash.
