Absolute Perfection Detailing is the company I trust with my automobile. I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 6 and rather than letting the dealership detail the vehicle for free, I told them not to touch the paint. Why? Because I know a buffer in the hands of an unskilled worker can do more harm than good, creating swills and scratches in the finish which reduces the shine. I told them they could however, clean the interior. While they did wipe it down, some of the same smudges, dirt, and finger prints present during the test drive were still there. That lack of attention to detail is exactly why I don't trust just any company to touch my cars. I met with Absolute Perfection Detailing, the owner Chris took the time to explain the details of the various packages offered. I like that because it lets you know exactly what it is that you're paying for. What I had in mind was to get a thick, protective coat of wax on the exterior, and get those new leather seats conditioned so they will stay soft and clean. We set up a day and time later in the week that I could drop the car off, with the promise that I would have my car back the same day. Like most folks, I can't afford to be without transportation for more than a few hours. Quick, same day turn around is crucial. I dropped the car off in the morning, and got a call that it was ready to pickup early in the afternoon. I can honestly say that the car looks BETTER than the day I drove it off the new car lot. The shine and paint color is so deep and vibrant, it's just stunning. The picture I attached really doesn't do it justice. The leather is softer and smoother and smells beautiful. Everything is spotless, and it's obvious that every single surface on the vehicle was given a great degree of attention. The best part is that even after you drive the car for a few days, and you get all the road dust and debris on it, when you have a thick coat of professional wax on your paint, rain actually CLEANS the car! The paint is so well protected that the dirt just falls off, and the shine comes right back. This place was the highest rated detailing shop in my area. I took my wife's recently purchased BMW to get some of the marks in the paint removed. The owner came out and sized up the car. I asked which of the five levels of service he recommended. He said three. I am heartened by the fact that he didn't oversell me and charge more. So, I drop the car off at the appointed time and they work their magic. The car is 8 years old and in better than average condition. The paint apparently had some kind of ceramic coating that wasn't put on properly leaving swirls on the fenders and trunk. The level of service I was told to purchase didn't get them all out. I would have paid more to get them out. Otherwise the work was done meticulously. The glass was immaculate, the leather soft and supple, the trim all cleaned and treated. The rugs were beautifully clean and even the wheels were looking good. Anybody who has a BMW knows how bad the brake dust is and how corrosive it is to the wheels. I was 90% happy. The wife was 100%, which is what really counts. I'll probably take it back again when it needs it. I'll just make sure that those marks get removed this time. read more

Let me preface this review with I'm the kind of guy who always waits until the last minute and hopes there is some kind of magic man to fix an issue that should have been fixed months ago. This past summer, my Honda Pilot stored and transferred beach volleyball equipment daily. My SUV collected sand in just about every crevice including the carpeted back once the seats fold down. There was so much sand and after three and half months of hot temperatures, the sand began to solidify causing major concern for the future of my car as well as causing me to remember that I wait entirely too long to fix things.. After doing a little research online and reading reviews, fortunately, my magic man did come through to save my butt that day, and his name was Chris Thomas from Absolute Perfection Detailing. All I can say is what a professional. What a guy who truly takes pride in his work, and not only does he do an incredible job, he enjoys it. At first, Chris didn't promise me he could get all the sand up, but he told me he'd do his absolute best. Hours later, he called me with excitement, "I can't wait for you to see this." He was proud of the job he did, as he should have been, for my car, which I thought could never look new again, looks like I pulled it right out of the dealership. If you're looking to protect your investment, this is the place to go to. I brought my Volkswagen MK7 GTI and it had a bunch of swirl marks and scratches from poor handling by the dealership, and the owner, Chris was able to remove most of them or at least help some look less visible unless you looked hard. I got a wash, 2 rounds of polishing and a final round of waxing to finish off my car - it looked better than when I received the car from the dealership. The owner, and his small team are very knowledgeable in what they do and even advised me on how to clean my car in the future so that I could prevent any scratches and save more money. I'll definitely come back, and I've already recommended my family, who are planning to stop by before winter and during the summer time. read more

This place was highly recommended by a friend and I'm happy to say I'm glad I came here to get my BMW X3 detailed. Chris was very accommodating and I greatly appreciated that he honored my coupons so I was able to use them before they expired. We took our vehicle here for detailing after looking online for the best possible place in the area. Our car is brand-new and we had an incident where the passenger vomited inside the vehicle. After taking it somewhere else local, we needed someone better who would handle the minor details and take care of the lingering odor. We wanted the job done right. This place has an "ozone" machine that deodorizes the air inside, and they spent a lot of time meticulously cleaning up what the other place missed. When we got our car back, it was like new! Absolutely no noticeable odor, and every nook and cranny was completely clean. They were nice and understanding about the whole ordeal (they said that type of thing happens all the time, even though I was a bit embarrassed having someone else clean vomit out of our car), and they stand by their work. They said if we have any issues to bring it back, but they did such a good job, it's like nothing ever happened. We are proud to invite people to sit in our new car again! This is by far one of the best in the area because they take a lot of time in making sure that they get the car looking as good as can realistically be made. The cleaning is thorough and precise. I wanted to put some protection on my new car and Chris, the owner, really delivered. He did not try to up sell me and gave me a few options depending on my budget. Additional options were offered that may help keep my car in show ready condition, but I wasn't pressured. I ended up getting the opti-coat put on, which was more expensive than a wax, but has a 5 year warranty and definitely worth it spread over that time period or longer. He provided some tips for future car care and I definitely could tell he knew what he was talking about. I would definitely recommend the shop. read more

Found Absolute Perfection Detailing through FB recommendations. After spilling a full latte in the back of my SUV and believing I had cleaned it thoroughly, 2 weeks later it smelled like something died in my car. I brought my Jeep to Chris, who did a meticulous job inside and out for a very reasonable price. He felt the problem had been resolved, but told me if any smell came back to let home know. Unfortunately, 4 days later, I started smelling the sour milk again. Chris and his team were good to their word and after a second cleaning and ozone treatment (at no additional cost to me), the smell had been eradicated! I must say I am pleasantly surprised but it's what I expected. I have an issue when my brakes are exposed and begin to look weathered. I went to have the hats on my disc brakes and my calipers painted on my BMW X5 and Chris made them look like they were brand new. Cleaned to perfection and the paint used was spot on. i dropped off the inlaws crv and boy was it a mess. picked the vehicle up at the end of the day and the thing looks brand new again. i'm very impressed with the job chris did. the paint is now nice and smooth and you can really see it shine. the interior which was a total mess is pretty much spotless now. all the door jambs are spotless too. the rims are cleaner than i have ever seen them even the back side of them.. the price was more then fair in my opinion chris will be getting more of my business for sure.. read more
