We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

I can't even explain how happy I am with the results. Perfectly clean inside and out. The outside is smooth, never this smooth before. In addition, Carl and Carol are terrific folks. They even kept their shop open until my ride arrived (way late) when I dropped the car off. And they seem to be open 7 days a week, as I dropped one car off on Sunday and there they were - working their butts off on some other smart customer's car. All I can say is what a professional. What a guy who truly takes pride in his work, and not only does he do an incredible job, he enjoys it. While a typical car wash is about $36. Their pricing structure is weird not like before when it was the Promenade. I had to go back the wheels weren't clean and then I noticed a weird film on lower panel on both side and it continued around to rear bumper. Turns out the wheel dressing was sprayed all along both sides! Wow. The person that does car detailing there really is good and he told me that's what it was. He needed some type of spray to remove the wheel spray which is sort of greasy. I will never go back! Anyone know of a Full Service Carwash near Marlton. Many are turning into drive through only. This is highly recommended as you want to protect your major investment, especially the model S and X, as they come from the California plant, which has a different regulated paint specifications! Like many people, I wanted to find a place closest to the dealership, so that there would be no paint chips on the way there. After finding AODetail, and reading all their positive reviews, and even how the owner responded to the only negative review for someone doing a last minute request on New Year's Eve, I decided to call and talk specifics with the owner, Nick. He was AWESOME from the very first conversation through the entire process! His prices were reasonable and his experience was invaluable. I had some ideas as to what I wanted and which products and we discussed pros and cons of each. On a few occasions, we discussed possible options and rather than try to make a quick buck like many do, he recommended honestly against them as they added little to no value at a higher cost. We talked about his customer service and business practices and philosophy and how it closely aligned with mine when I had my own business. He is a very friendly, patient, down to earth, and honest businessman. He is also a perfectionist, which I appreciate as I am one too! I could not be happier with the outcome, the process, the cost, the owner, the staff, the product choices, and ultimate customer service! These days it is extremely hard to find this level of customer service anymore. I wish more experiences were like this one.
