This is a great car wash I love their set up. When you first pull in you pay using the kiosks. I'm not sure how the system knows who paid for what but I've only ever gotten the basic wash. You can buy a package as well. It takes cash and credit cards. I like that there isn't those two metal tracks that you have to drive your tires into. I'm always worried that I'm not going to turn my tires the wrong way and mess up my tires or rims. This is more like a flat rolling track. My car gets very clean and they get every spot. The best part is the vacuum section. Once you're done with the car wash you can pull into the vacuum area. There's two vacuums for each parking spot. They are very very powerful. Be sure you have anything important out of the way because if you move the hose in the wrong direction you will suction up some thing you may not want to. They also have a place you can clip your mats so that you can vacuum those. They also provide rags if you want to wipe your car down. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Don't bring your new cars here. TLDR; I brought my new 2022 car here for a car wash and ended up with scratches on my window and door. The car wash didn't remove bird poop and the staff lack prompt responses on the situation. They avoided my emails and phone calls when I asked for proof and offered 2 free car washes as a courtesy. I came here to wash my new car that I had purchased three days prior from the dealership. It's a new 2022 vehicle. I had read reviews and did my research before going to Sammy's and was left with mixed feelings. However, I put all of that aside because I really needed to get a car wash and it was right down the street from where I'm located. There was pollen all over my car and bird poop on my windshield that I couldn't reach with my windshield whippers, so I thought, what was the worst that could happen? The Establishment: Sammy's is a modern, high-tech auto car wash that requires your car to be on neutral as the conveyor belt pushes you through the washing and drying machine. There's a worker that directs you but he has a really poor attitude (like he hates his job). This place does not take cash and only offers about three car washing options. I chose the cheapest one which costed me around $12. It offers the basic wash, spot free rinse, and turbo dry. They offer complimentary vacuums and towels on the left side of the establishment but it seems as though the towels don't get swapped out for clean ones when I was there. I noticed a few customers using their own towels. After the Car Wash: Right after my wash, I waited for an open drying area to use the free vacuum and drying towels. As I was cleaning my car, I noticed a scratch on my back left window and directly under it, some scratches on my door paint. I immediately took pictures of the damages and emailed the staff (on May 29th). The spot free rinse and turbo dry is false advertisement because it leaves spots on your car and doesn't totally dry until you dry the car by hand with the provided towels. The Response: Some time after my email, Frank told me to come in so they can take pictures of the damages. He was very unprofessional and seemed like he forgot what the protocol was. He called twice because he forgot to ask for my license plate and when he was taking pictures of my vehicle (the next day), he also forgot to take a picture of my license plate. I received a voicemail from Cheryl (on May 30th) and she explained to me that it was impossible for the scratches to occur because of their "foam brushes". She also said that there was surveillance footage of the scratches prior to wash so I requested for proof over the phone. I emailed both Frank and Cheryl inquiring about the footage on June 1st and was not met with a response. I left a voicemail about the footage on June 3rd and emailed both of the again on June 4th. I decided to call the establishment again and spoke to Cheryl where she directed me to email their "general company email" and that acquiring the footage is difficult because "the network was down". I've been waiting for a week for proof and at this point, I'm forced to believe that they're neglecting the situation and are avoiding me. I then sent an email to the general company email where I explicitly asked for video footage or some sort of proof and finally, Robert responds explaining how it was "impossible due to the soft foam brushes" and that the scratch is barely visible in the footage. He then recommends me to speak to the dealership. I responded to his email and again, asked for proof and mentioned how his car wash failed to even remove bird poop off of my car... and yet, left scratch marks on it. He then offers 2 car washes as a courtesy to end the dispute. Review: I don't recommend coming here. Although it was my first time coming to this establishment, I worry about future instances where they may damage my car and fail to address the situation. As a fellow car owner, I suggest going some place else or try learning how to wash your own car. The staff needs to be trained better on situations like this. I've read reviews about their "7 year policy" where they don't repair damages on vehicles older than 7 years. What about newer cars? They just dodge your emails and phone calls and offer you two free car washes. read more

COVID19 Quarantine Review; Over the weekend my husband decided to powerwash our driveway with my car still in it. This resulted in my car becoming filthy - like off road adventure filthy. I've been to Sammy's Express Car Wash once before and loved it - but wasn't sure if it would still be open. Luckily I found them on Facebook and sent them a quick message. They responded immediately that they were open (9 AM to 5 PM). I washed my car around 11:30 AM and there was no line. Payment was done on a machine and you get to stay in the car during the washing - totally contactless! The car wash was great and pretty quick. There are vacuums and wipes- free of charge for you to clean the inside of your car yourself. There are a few employees working at Sammy's right now - cleaning up, maintaining machines, etc - they're all wearing gloves, masks and practicing social distancing. I've been an unimited monthly member for 2 years now, such a great deal at $24 a month if you go more than twice like I do every couple days, it more than pays for itself. Nino always goes above and beyond greeting me with a smile, and knows my name, and helpful at the second part where they have towels and spray and vacuums for you to use. That's actually a good bit for a fully automatic car wash at any of the previous price points but the quality is there. On the upside, they offer unlimited plans (about twice the price of rash wash tier per month) that are actually a good deal considering you can come here every single day and keep your car nice and shiny for no effort on your end. This is a great place for a quick in-n-out car wash! Contactless for the most part except if you want to use the vacuums after your wash. What I like about this place is that it gives you towels to use for your car so that you can use either for inside or outside. This place definitely caught my attention especially with it being new and shiny in the middle of Rt. 38 and it didn't disappoint! read more

I am not one to leave reviews but I had to for this place. I gave Sammy's 3 chances since I have heard good things and it always seems busy. All 3 times I have been highly disappointed. My car does not come out clean when I go. The time I paid for the extra tire shine they were still black and the most recent time, the top of my car was still covered in dirt (picture attached). There were also small patches of dirt and bird poop all over my car still (example attached). I really wanted to like this place bc it is very convenient but every time I end up paying $12-$17 and then spend 25 minutes off to the side trying to clean the car myself. I went a second time and found their service to be top notch! Workers there very courteous and after the car wash, there's bays to dry the car where needed and vacuum the car interiors. They provide towels to dry the car (bottom of the doors, trunk lids, bumpers, etc.) and I'm a fan for sure! My other half took his car to another car wash across the street and it was a nightmare! They don't dry the car and they don't provide towels to do so yourself, so he came home with a wet car and we spent 20 minutes drying the entire car and wiping down the interior. He learned his lesson and will never go to Finish again, we both are Sammy's customers for life now! read more

The vacuums are amazing! I discovered Sammy's Express Car Wash in Maple Shade one day last winter, as I was driving by. Soon afterwards I got a monthly membership there, despite the fact that there are a number of car washes more conveniently located to my house. The car wash itself is new, modern, clean and bright. One of the things I like is that the car is propelled along a conveyer belt (the car's tires remain stationary), so there's no risk of damage to the rims from the metal rails typically used in car washes. The staff there are very friendly and helpful, though I rarely have a need to engage with them. They're all dressed in clean uniforms. There are three lanes to process the transactions, which ultimately merge into one. After my first visit, I purchased a monthly membership. I could go every day, if I wanted. The break even on the membership is approximately two visits per month. Since I have the membership, the camera recognizes my license plate and automatically opens the gate at any of the three lanes (one is a VIP lane for memberships, but this isn't always the shortest line). There are multiple membership options and there's no contract required. I got a new car after I joined. Transferring the membership was easy. The car wash is the kind where you remain in your own vehicle. Once through the car wash, which takes less than five minutes, there are free vacuums, air hoses and microfiber cloths. The vacuums are amazing! I actually look forward to going to the car wash. It is very quick and efficient. In under 15 minutes, I have a clean car inside and out. The vacuums have hoses on each side of the car, which makes it a quick and easy process. The microfiber cloths are an extra bonus. Stating the obvious, weekends are often busy, so I typically go during the week. It's hard to find anything to complain about. If I had one criticism, the bins with the microfiber cloths are often empty. However, I've always managed to find one or two. It just means that I might have to check multiple bins. I also wish there was one a little closer to my house, but it is worth the 15-minute drive! read more

First time at this place and I have to say the car wash did a great job. Brand new place staff nice and helpful talked me into a monthly premium plan. It consists of 1 time a day for the entire month. When you come out the vacuum is real strong. They even have a air nozzle to spray out your car those small parts. Love this car wash as i have a monthly pass and use it almost every day....... The quality of the wash is excellent, but i notice my tire rim wheel shine doesnt apply each wash........I mentioned it to management and they are aware of the problem........So do something and resolve it......... Also which is really scary, the car in front of me two times failed to step on the gas and exit the wash so i dont crash right into them........They say they monitor this with a outside video station and the wash shuts down if this happens, but i came inches away from crashing my car into the car in front............... I had a mild case of crash anxiety for Sure !!!!! read more

I've been looking for a legit car wash in the area for years (many bad experiences over the years). Last last year, I saw this car was being built and figured to give it a try once it was a complete. Now, 3 visits later, this is the new standard for automated washes in the area: clean facilities (I know, it's new), friendly employees (a must!), and a great product (clean car). The prices may seem a bit steep at first glance, but they are worth it. Consider the membership if you plan to visit more than a few times/month. The conveyor system is so much easier to deal with: no tracks to ruin rims or pose issues with drivers; just drive up and you're set. The car wash includes free vacuums and compressed air to get that pesky water out of hidden places on the car. Cloths are available at your disposal if you forget (or do not) bring your own to dry the rest of your car. I would say the automated drying of the car is the only real negative, but this is a variable based on your vehicle and footprint it presents in the car wash. Not a big deal in my view considering the rest of the product is great. This is now my go-to car wash after so many bad washes at other locations. To the Manager: please continue to provide your great product and employ friendly employees. I hope this high standard is not met by diminished service in the near future after the "new car smell" of the business goes away. It happens all too often. read more

I took my car in for a wash and to see if I could get some residual grease marks removed from my wheel covers. The grease was not removed during the car wash, but David (a model representative for this car wash establishment) asked what I was trying to do, ran and got solvent, scrubbed the wheels for me and left them pristine. This car wash is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee who puts customers first. I will def return. read more
