Now they are cleaning the inside but when you pay, you don't get out of your car, you go through the car wash and drive to the the guys that will dry off; if your cleaning the inside you will then drive it to the next person. Plus they give you a free air freshener for your car when you elect this type of service, I'm game. Once your car is finished these guys go at it again in drying , they use air lines once after they wiped it down with fresh towels just to insure there is no water stains. They also use air to blow down the windows , I never saw this done before. Great service, the wait time was not bad, I kind of enjoyed watching how they operate as your car goes through the cycle from start to finish. They also offer , which I thought is great, an oil and lubrication service. Washed and lubed in an hour. They have a garage with several bays that offer different services if you wish to partake. I've been using this place for the last year or so and it's one of the best car wash spots in town. There are a ton of options for washes, with wax and undercarriage wash, etc. so you can do cheap or expensive depending on your budget and what you need washed on your car. I also like that they have a punch card to earn a free wash. First they do a pre-wash and and scrub, then run it through the car wash machine which I believe is touch-less, then they do an interior/exterior wipe down and hand dry. If you pay for it they'll take out your mats and vacuum as well! I'm giving the place 4 stars only because I used to do the oil change and car wash here but they haven't had a consistent mechanic at the store for months and I've shown up a few times hoping to get it done without knowing they still don't have someone full time. read more

Coming from California where there's many 100% hand car washes to South Jersey where there's only this one, I don't have many other options outside of washing it myself. The whole process went really fast and the staff was friendly enough. I personally think they grossly overcharge you for their services. Back home I can get an exterior wash for $9.99, no extra charges. Here it was $12.99 and they charged me $2 more because my car is considered a small SUV in the state of New Jersey. They should also update their website as the prices on the site do not reflect what they're going to charge you. They also don't do a very good job washing your car. My car still has dirt on it. I really liked my service with my interior cleaning. However, I noticed soon after the cleaning the driver side knob that holds the mat down is broken. They rushed to take the mat off and broke one off of the anchors for the mat. Not only is the knob that's on top missing, the part that locks it in place, the mat slides off every so often, the whole mechanism is loose and I have to get it replaced. I'm really upset and I won't be coming back. Everyone who's been there lately check your car to see if they damaged anything that you wouldn't notice that's really minor, save your receipt! Driving by this place made me wonder how it was 100% hand wash. My car-obsessed BF decided to bring his car here one Saturday afternoon in desperate need of a car wash. He got the basic full service wash for $14.95 +tax which was interior vacuum, wipe down dash and windows, and exterior hand wash.. It was spectacular! The guys do a great job cleaning your vehicle in such a short time. There are actually two guys that clean your car while it is being pushed through the tunnel. All the machine does is disburse the soap. I feel bad for them as they are SOAKED and must work non stop as car by car comes through. So PLEASE tip them!!! There was a sign that there's a $4 discount on any full service wash on Tuesdays! This place is worth it! Even after they wipe your car down, they give you a smile as you get into your car. Haven't been there for a month or so. When I returned I see a price increase, (not a big one) and expected as everything is increasing. However I didn't expect to get a car wash not up to standard. You have always did a good job on my car busy one not busy, but today was a disappointment. Exterior was good. I noticed when I got home my front window wasn't free of streaks and missed areas. When i came here for the first time i was treated like a vip it could have been my car but the managerr personally came out to great me and handle my car care needs. I was a loyal customer before the pandemic, and now I will never, ever be back, and I will tell everyone I know not to go here. During the pandemic they raised their prices considerably, but back in May I was desperate and also felt like it might be worth it, plus I had a rare free couple of hours, and I agreed to pay $106 for what I was told was "basically a detail" for my Honda Odyssey that included steam-cleaning the interior. At the check-in, I told the girl that I had three car seats, and asked if they would take them out to shampoo underneath. I have four year old twin girls, one of whom is prone to car sickness, and a 2.5 year old boy. I know taking car seats out and putting them back in is a pain, but again, $106, and I was prepared to tip well for a good experience since the last car wash I had been to had also been a nightmare and as a full-time doctoral candidate and mother of three toddlers I would be eternally grateful if someone would just do what they agreed to do in exchange for my money. I keep my van in extremely decent shape considering my child-to-adult ratio, but still with little kids even the most meticulously kept vehicles get gross, things get in the straps and buckles and underneath where the attachments on a vacuum can't get, and again I was paying $106. It was also the week before Mother's Day. Since we keep a towel under the two rear car seats as a car sickness shield, I asked one of the guys if he could please not return it, since she now sits in the middle row. He agreed, but in retrospect he either didn't understand or ignored me. They took a full hour with my van, and I appreciated that I could see what they were doing, but as the hour wore on, I did not see the car seats coming out. I got that sinking feeling in my stomach. I also noticed at this point that there was no line, despite it being a sunny day around lunch time. I got up and asked about the car seats, and the individual I asked, who had been hanging out with his dog half the time, told me no, they won't do it. I explained that she had told me that they would, and at this point he got short with me and actually raised his voice, yelling at me that if he does this for me he has to do it for everyone. I looked around, pointed at the empty queue, and asked how many people does he have coming with three car seats in their van? I then asked why he was talking to me like this, but determined to keep it classy, I went back to her, explained what was going on, and she approached him, only to have him wave his cigar from the bench he was sitting on with his dog, yell something in Spanish, and then say in English, "so leave, and don't come back." All over taking out three car seats to shampoo underneath for someone who is paying $106 while there is zero line. She slunked back to the cash register, at which point I told her I'm going to need a refund. I also asked if there was a manager present, and she told me that it's him. She only charged me for the wash, I think $26, which I should have contested, but I just wanted to leave. I cannot imagine how miserable this guy must be to talk to a nice, well-spoken customer like this who is willing to fork over a nice chunk of change in exchange for a service. It would have made my day to have been taken care of, and I was prepared to tip generously, but instead I left feeling like dirt. I also got home and found crumbs in the cup holders of the car seats, which of course hadn't been wiped out. So, if you're happy with a business that wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible while doing as little work as possible and for a very hefty price, then by all means go here. No attention to detail paid on the process of washing and drying a vehicle with the exception of one individual who is an hourly staff member. This used to be my go to car wash in an area that lacks good options but at this point I question how well they handle their growth. It truly pains me to leave a one star review but the "manager" or greeter that takes your order for the car is extremely rude. The first time I brought my car he told me that it was dirty. I laughed because of there was dog hair and brushed it off. But recently I brought my car in because I was returning from a road trip, it had been detailed before I left, it had been two weeks and I brought it in for detailing afterwards. After I had been quoted a price by a very polite employee, the "manager" chased me down and declared loudly that I had a FILTHY car and demanded that I pay an additional fee for extra vacuuming. Ironically, I had REQUESTED extra vacuuming because of the leaves but I told him that my car was not filthy, just filled with debris and that's why I was bringing it to a car wash - to be cleaned. (Makes sense, right?) He insisted that I was being sensitive and that he needed to tell people how filthy their cars were because they get angry with him for charging more money. So I may have taken it wrong but my car was filthy and I needed to know that. I reiterated that this was a car wash and that my car was not filthy and he finally apologized and walked away. In his absence kind lady at the counter told me that he is extremely rude to customers on a regular basis and that no one knows why he insults people so much. She said that at least one person walks out every day because he is so insulting and rude he enjoys telling people how filthy he thinks they are.... At this point, he returns and tells me that he forgot to charge me extra for the car being an SUV. I declined and asked that my car be returned to me. This car wash has a lot of hard working people in it so I hesitated to leave a negative review but after reading about other people's experiences here I felt that it was important to add to the feedback. Great Service! I needed to get my Honda Odyssey detailed! I just got it out of storage after 3 years! Danny took the time to look my car over and give me 3 different quotes for different package deals. I dropped the vehicle off at 2pm and it was done by 4:15. The customer service person called me to come pick it up. As I was cutting it short to their closing time, she even phoned second time! She wanted to make sure we arrived before they closed for the evening! This is the high quality of customer service I received in Japan when getting my car wash! This was my first time at this place. I got the interior/exterior detail package which costs me over $100 for a crossover. I pulled into the lane for the interior detail and two guys were in the next lane messing around with a motorcycle. I sat there for a good 3 minutes as they continued what they were doing as if I wasn't even there. When the guy finally came over, he opened my passenger side door and removed the floor mats without saying a word to me. I asked, "should I get out?" he looked at me and said "yes...we are going to clean the car" with a condescending attitude. I got out of the car and asked where I should wait. He pointed to an inside area and an outside bench, again in a condescending manner. I called before I went and asked about the detailing service. The lady on the phone said it would take about 40 minutes. It actually took about 20 minutes, if that. Needless to say, they did an average job, at best, on the cleaning. I had a $30 tip ready before going, but that stayed in my purse. No way I was tipping that type of service. Took my Suburban this morning to get washed. I told the gentleman I wanted the works and everything else needed to get my truck clean inside and out. They were done in 15 minutes! When entering my truck the doors and seats were still dirty and never wiped, pocket doors were never vacuumed or wiped down, water spots all over my truck as if it was not dried properly. I paid $29.99 for the works, $10.00 for a chemical wash, $8.00 for a rubber mats clean and a addition, $3.00 because it's a large SUV! Tried this spot out after I drove through a little puddle in a construction area near my neighborhood. Now the car had a tiny hint of salt residue from recent storms, and minor mud on the sidewalk of the tires and wheel wells. When I pulled up I noticed the price was a little steep for just a basic wash compared to some others, but it's a hand wash facility so I understood the difference. But apparently that also means they the charge you extra for just about anything you want done. The attendant asked me if I wanted to remove the salt and dirt from the car and I was kind of shocked they would have left it on if I didn't considering I was already paying 25$ for the full service wash. But I told the man yes and he proceeded to ask if I wanted to clean the floor mats and I told him that the sign showing the different washes stated that it was included in my tier of wash and he was silent. He went over to print my receipt to go pay and I looked at the receipt and noticed that I was charged 15$ more than the original 25$ on the board. So I looked at the receipt and noticed that I was charged 5$ extra to vacuum my floor mats and 10$ extra to get the salt and dirt of my car. I was kind of shocked that a place could get away with something like this and not showing you up front what the cost would be with the "add ons" they do. And to top it all off there was tax added on to the final cost. Bringing my middle level wash into double the price of what I pay for a high end wash at a similar place. Once the car came out of the wash bay I was kind of disappointed with the way it looked seeing dirt spots still on the rear of the car. Then the tire shine that I paid for surprisingly included in the wash came off in a matter of minutes after pulling off their lot. Then I got to the inside and the floor mats were clean as I had expected and the windows were very well cleaned by the team. But that's just about the only good part about this wash because my seats still had dust on them and my center console had a noticeable coffee spill that was supposed to be wiped clean I think it's safe to say that they will never see my business again if the quality doesn't match the price i'm paying. Getting your car washed should be a relatively fast and simplistic transaction. However, this was not my experience with this place. I dropped off my car and proceeded to the front to pay the cashier. So far so good. After 20 minutes (because I didn't specifically remember seeing my car come out), I started to frantically look for it. I head to the back of the building and see: (i) the keys in my car; (ii) the car running; and (iii) that my car hasn't been touched yet. As soon as I reach in to take my keys out of the ignition, a worker approaches and tells me that he pulled my car from the line because he wanted approval to assess a $5.00 fee for "extra" cleaning related to ONE of my mats. This ridiculous shake down wasted about 30 minutes of my time. Immediately thereafter, I took my car to White Glove, spent $5 less, and was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes. read more

This is the only hand car wash that I'm aware of in the area so I basically have no feasible options. The price is reasonable. I got their pre-paid card so I try to stop by every 2 weeks or so for the basic exterior wash only. They do a good job and it saves me some time from washing it myself. On previous occasions my wheels were not that clean and sometimes I'd have to clean them myself afterwards, but it looks like they might have received complaints because today the one guy made me wait while he cleaned my wheels even though there were a bunch of other cars there also. The biggest downside to this place is the wait sometimes. I usually go early too--like 9:30 AM on Saturdays. If I'm only getting a basic exterior wash, sometimes I have to wait 15 minutes behind other cars (usually full-size SUVs) that are getting vacuumed, which is a waste of time for me. I mentioned this before to what looked like the manager and he said they are considering an express lane, but that was months ago and today I asked someone else about it and it doesn't seem like they have enough room for another lane. Overall it's a decent place, but if I find another hand car wash around here that's similarly priced, I would consider leaving Pristine. I knew coming here would be a bit more expensive. I paid $16 for interior/exterior. Since it is hand wash, it took longer for the service. I think it's money well spent.
