I've been a customer of this location since 12/6/2020. I haven't been to a carwash that comes close to the quality of service I receive here. It's a family owned business and they do a great job making customers feel appreciated. Do not go here with expectations that it's a fast full-service carwash. It's not fast because they do an unbelievable detailed job on your vehicle. 1. The tunnel wash. They have the speed of the wash slower than most other washes so if you only want a wash you'll get your money's worth and they always have an attendant that drys your vehicle. 2. If you pay for the full-service you might think you underpaid. Your vehicle goes through 3 full-service stations. They clean the door jams, they pop your rear window and tailgate and wipe the inside, they wash the rubber floor mats, they use high pressure air to get in the groves and crevices in your vehicles interior, and the last station is quality control where they go over everything. Why would you go to one of those washes that you have to dry, vacuum, and clean the interior yourself for the almost the same price of a full-service at Autosheen?? That doesn't make sense. P.S. I just returned from a ski trip to Vermont and my new car was filthy. I did vacuum the interior myself as the mud was making me crazy. I opted for the interior/exterior package. I thought that it was a little on the pricy side, as compared to other car washes. However, it was worth ever penny! The car looked just a clean as when I picked it up from the dealer. Who knew car washes had giraffes? Well I went here solely based on the other Yelp reviews and I'm so happy I did. I needed an oil change and I really didn't want to go somewhere that was going to take all day. I've gone to places like Sears, pep boys and the dealership and they take at minimum an hour. (I suppose this is b/c they have other services etc) I was only hear for maybe 30 minutes, but definitely under an hour. First time customers have to fill out a small form and then you just wait to be called. Simple process. The mechanics don't try to push any services on you. They top off all your fluids and check the tire pressure etc. I even told them I might need a new air filter (b/c another place I went to use to always tell me I needed air filters) but the service person advised my filter was fine. (he noted sometimes other places get commission on the extras they sell) You could see everything the service people were doing. You could hear them too b/c the mechanics constantly communicate with each other regarding what they are doing to each car. The waiting room was nice, comfortably designed. Some of the furniture was a little old but that wasn't a concern. They also have magazines, I didn't see a wifi connection spot but for the time frame you are going to be there it's probably not needed. Having just driven 2,900 miles across the country, my RAV4 was due for a lube change and a car wash. I also had just purchased new WeatherTech mats and I was thrilled that they were happy to install them for no charge. The lady who handles the cash register and keeps things moving is so very nice. My lube job came with a car wash, which I chose to upgrade for a little more detailing. The mats were installed quickly. After the car was washed and cleaned, I noticed a few spots missed by the hand-detailers. I pointed them out and they quickly apologized and re-did the exterior one more time. Conveniently located next to a Dunkin Donuts if you need refreshments and they provided a lovely shaded spot if you choose to sit outdoors. This will be my regular lube / car wash spot! read more

This is a great spot for a carwash and oil change. The friendly staff all around really take care of your vehicle while they are cleaning it. One of my peeves after a car wash is the water droplets that come from the mirrors, doors, handles etc, here they use compressed air with towels to get every last drop. Really impressed with the job they did on the windows too. Completely streak free! My oil change was great, in and out quickly and they were very friendly directing me to where I had to go for my included carwash but this morning I did find a donut under the hood when I popped the hood for a quick peek at my air filter. It made me laugh, so thanks for that but I'm sorry someone didn't get to finish their breakfast yesterday, it was baking under my hood! read more

i wish there was a half star or negative 5 stars. i went in for a simple oil change along with my own OEM oil, filter and plugs purchased from the dealer. BUT, i was turned down because they said they have to use their own oil and filter because if anything goes wrong, their supplier will back them up. what can go wrong with a simple oil change unless the techs don't know what they're doing??? if they've been in business for 30 or something years, an oil change shouldn't be a big deal! and when i asked how much for the service using their snake oil, they just said it's "expensive". highly not recommended! bad business and very unprofessional. read more

Every inch of my car was sparkling, and they even used a compressed air gun to get in all of the crevices. You can spend $200 - $300 while leaving your car someplace all day or you can let the human tornadoes who work here make your car look and smell brand new. I recommend it unequivocally. read more

I took a 30 minute drive to get my car washed because Autosheen had gotten the best and most consistent reviews among car washes in the area. Once I arrived, there was a very helpful young man that helped us through the exterior wash and explained the packages I could choose them- from which I chose the highest package. After the exterior wash, which came out great, we waited while a team worked on the interior. I saw that the trunks of other cars were being cleaned, and told the crew that they didn't have to clean the trunk of my car and could focus on the rest of the interior. After about 10 minutes, they left my car out for me and began working on a different vehicle. I was completely dissatisfied with the work done. There were blatantly uncleaned patches throughout the car, and it looked as if huge sections hadn't been wiped down. My passenger managed to wipe some of the spots while I drove 30 minutes back home, but i was still able to get some pictures of the dirty spots. Overall, I was very displeased with the interior cleaning crew and service, so I will not be returning. read more

I brought my car in for an oil change as I have done several times in the past. My vehicle was pulled in while I sat in the waiting room. A worker (who I remember because he was toothless), popped the hood and began working. Somehow I got the feeling this guy didn't know what he was doing. He must have been new because I hadn't seen him there before. Shortly after, I heard the guy yell as if something just happened which should not of and the manager Pete, went over to him to see what was wrong. They talked quietly for a few and then Pete brought over a plastic piece, I'll call a 'dipstick' from my engine overflow coolant tank. He gave it to me in a plastic glove telling me 'he found this floating in the tank.' Perhaps he thinks because I'm a woman he could make up a story and deny what actually happened. I noticed the stick had a clean break (there was no residue on the end where it snapped, which meant it could not have been 'floating'. Otherwise, the entire stick would have been covered in liquid, but it was not, the end where it snapped --was clean. Anyway, I took my car to BMW to see if the piece could be snapped back into place. I was advised it could not, the entire tank had to be replaced -- cost $310. I called and spoke to Pete and asked for their insurance info so I could place a small claim for repair. Pete chose to deny the incident ever happened. Instead of taking responsibility of the damage caused by his staff, he chooses to lie. He says his worker did nothing wrong. I asked why did he yell while working on my car? His reply, "I don't remember." As a business owner, I have integrity and would be willing to rectify any issues that I am responsible for when it comes to my clients' satisfaction. Saving the cost of $310, lose a loyal customer, and damage your reputation isn't worth it. I would recommend taking your car for servicing elsewhere, if they did it to me, they'll do the same to you. Best car wash in south jersey! I've been to several others and this one has them all beat. You stay in the car and ride through the exterior wash, then you pull around and they address any exterior areas that are still dirty by hand, and they do an extremely thorough job on the interior. My center console is not easy to clean, but Autosheen gets it done. They take pride in their work, they are very friendly, and they show tremendous gratitude when you give them a tip. read more

My first time using this car wash and I will certainly go again. My car was in serious need of a cleaning inside and out and lucky me at lunchtime on Wednesday there was no wait. The outside was wiped down after I left the exterior car wash and then right over to the interior side and quite a few people worked on my car and it was done in 10 minutes. For 10.00 I will not be going back as I am not interested in a do it yourself. Sad to see that go . I've a brand new car that got spooged by deer entrails after driving back from upstate New York over the weekend where the deer were rutting - and apparently getting slammed by 18-wheelers all along highway 81... Yuck!! Needless to say there were some rather disgusting road grimes stuck to my car after the four hour drive back to South Jersey. I was greeted by a very polite and personable staff person when I pulled up. I showed him the nasties and he went out of his way to make sure it was all off before my car was moved into the hand dry area. He had every intention of driving it through the wash a second time if it needed it. I paid for a simple wash, vacuum and dry ($9.81 + tax = $10.50) on account of this car being a whole 7 days old and there being no need for the full foo-foo treatment. (Though now that I think about it, I can't recall if there was undercarriage included in that price and now I'm skeeved again thinking about what might still be lurking under there... :-o ) I'd have given them a 5-star if it was fully warranted but lint was left all over the place inside and out after the hand dry and little pockets weren't wiped down fully and there was still a large piece of balled up paper trash in the left-side driver's door (that shouldn't really have been missed.) Also my driver side floor mat was pretty wet when I got in. Overall, this was a better than average 10 buck wash owing to the initial staff person who greeted me but it would have had to have been exceptional actual wash for a 5-star rating. read more

First time visiting Autosheen Express. This review is solely for a car wash. The customer service was good and I didn't have to wait long. Overall, they did an okay job. I left with my car shining on the outside and mostly clean on the inside. They could have done a better job at vacuuming/cleaning the front mats. Hence I had to remove two stars. These mats obviously get the most use and needed some extra attention. The passenger side was clearly still dirty. Next time, I'll go to my regular car wash and vacuum myself to ensure it's done correctly. read more

The best car wash I have ever been to. Period. I took my beaten up shaggy looking 2006 Honda Accord after it had not had a car wash in, -- wait for it -- 2 years! Yes, my car was that disgusting. There was so much filth inside from kids vomit, cereal, milk stains, candy wrappers, office papers, pencils you name it. I took it because I felt too disgusted to drive in it. Not to mention there was a gigantic paint stain on the front hood after I knocked over a can of paint on my car (silly me!). Long story short, I pulled up and was greeted by Fred, the owner, an incredibly mild-mannered, wonderful person who asked me if it was my first time, gave me the run down and said that he will try to remove the paint stain. I wasn't expecting much, but $20 later, I was blown away! My car has never looked this good. It was shining, beautiful and impeccably clean. They spent an easy 30 minutes cleaning out, scrubbing, vacuuming, polishing my car and I got such amazing service that I gave them more money than they had asked for. I can't imagine why anyone would say anything negative and they seem to have a loyal following of patrons (I am joining those ranks after today's experience). The reviewer below with the wait time is not entirely correct. Yes, there is a wait, but that's because so many customers want their service and this is not a quick-in-quick out type place. These guys really take care of your car. And the best part is that they throw in a full service wash for free with every oil change (which they also do here). Use to be great. I went today and my wash was 8 dollars higher than the last time . the only difference was impossible to enter car wash and you now pay a machine and a gate opens up. Also paid more but also a brush was not working. If you are going to raise the price every brush should be working. I have been going here since it first opened but most likely gonna have to find new car wash. PS expect process to take ever longer than it use to. As most people who have gone here already know getting a car washed here was good but already took to long. The only reason I may go back is that most of the people who work here are hard working and friendly. I usually do not write reviews but I am writing this in the hope that Autosheen can be what it once was. read more
