It's a family owned business and they do a great job making customers feel appreciated. Do not go here with expectations that it's a fast full-service carwash. It's not fast because they do an unbelievable detailed job on your vehicle. 1. The tunnel wash. They have the speed of the wash slower than most other washes so if you only want a wash you'll get your money's worth and they always have an attendant that drys your vehicle. 2. If you pay for the full-service you might think you underpaid. Your vehicle goes through 3 full-service stations. They clean the door jams, they pop your rear window and tailgate and wipe the inside, they wash the rubber floor mats, they use high pressure air to get in the groves and crevices in your vehicles interior, and the last station is quality control where they go over everything. Why would you go to one of those washes that you have to dry, vacuum, and clean the interior yourself for the almost the same price of a full-service at Autosheen?? That doesn't make sense. P.S. Yesterday, after I pulled out onto Rt. 70 I noticed both side view mirrors were still pushed in for the full service wash. When I got home they appeared to be broken. When I went back a couple hours later to speak to the manager/owner (?) he reviewed the cameras prior to our discussion. He was rude, adversarial, and questioned me as if I did something wrong. Fortunately, an employee came over and reset the mirrors to which the manager replied "Sir, I suggest you learn your car." as if he was any help fixing the problem. Not only does he need a lesson on manners and proper customer support but now I need to find a new car wash.

Now they are cleaning the inside but when you pay, you don't get out of your car, you go through the car wash and drive to the the guys that will dry off; if your cleaning the inside you will then drive it to the next person. I decided to go with "The Works" for $24.99. This is the elite of all the washes, next to a detail job they offer. Inside they vacuum, wipe down leather or cloth seats , you get the idea here when it's called "The Works" . So basically they make sure you car looks like it just got to the showroom floor. 3 coats of wax, a complete cleaning of the undercarriage of your car, so every bit of salt or whatever should there be is no longer there. Plus they give you a free air freshener for your car when you elect this type of service, I'm game. Once your car is finished these guys go at it again in drying , they use air lines once after they wiped it down with fresh towels just to insure there is no water stains. They also use air to blow down the windows , I never saw this done before. Great service, the wait time was not bad, I kind of enjoyed watching how they operate as your car goes through the cycle from start to finish. They also offer , which I thought is great, an oil and lubrication service. Washed and lubed in an hour. They have a garage with several bays that offer different services if you wish to partake. That and what they do is what pampering , or showing your car a little TLC . is all about. I will definitely be back again , I think I found my new spot.
