Simon manned the front desk. The manager (Bobby) personally called me back one day after I left a voicemail asking if they were open. Great value for the money. They had customer specials from Mon -- Fri, including my favorite: 40% off on Thursday for ladies. They were also very efficient. They had numerous employees who thoroughly cleaned the inside of your car and applied whichever level of shine/wax you chose. I went there last week only to discover that The Ritz Auto Spa is no more... Previous staff is gone, and the new owners don't offer full service - just a drive through car wash.

We take our work vehicles here to get cleaned on a schedule and he has very flexible hours and options. Anything he finds in the vehicles he puts in little plastic bags which he leaves in the vehicle for when you pick them up. He also knows how to use the government WEX cards for any GSA vehicles which is helpful if these are the types of vehicles you are using since it is right next to a military installation. It may not seem like it's open sometimes but if you push or knock on the office door someone will be there. There's even a gas attendant. Next to the door is also the flyer which has the prices, services and phone numbers. Definitely support this business and it's great they have reopened since many of the car washes in this area are unreliable.

I dropped my car off at 8am and just like he stated, it was ready by 12:30. Throughout the entire time, he texted photos and updates. Never heard of a place that does that. Everything was absolutely professional and efficient. I highly recommend. He did a great job with the mess I had. I've already started texting all my friends about it. So grateful and worth every penny!

I drive a manual car, one of the individuals tried moving my car to the shade and stalled it the very first second he put it in reverse. Stick shift drivers beware. One last thing, they use Windex to clean the windows of the car. I'm not too sure if the windex is ammonia free but to those who have tinted windows, beware because ammonia will completely ruin your window tints. Would I come back? I don't think so. Good customer service, although the workmanship was subpar. I also don't think it was worth the value. I would say the car wash that I received was worth about $20 at best. Honestly, the customer service saved it from being a 2 star. Have a good day!
