Scheduled an appointment for detailing. The guy called and confirmed the time that morning. I arrived for my appointment and no one was there. I called him and he said he wasn't sure what time I was coming, but he would be right over? I left after waiting 10 more minutes. The owner called me later in the day asking why I never called to cancel. He apologized, offered to reschedule. He didn't offer a discount or anything, just said it was unlike his employee. Let me just say I've never posted a review of ANYTHING in my life. I had to download 2 apps and make a profile to make this review if that shows anything.I had big expectations for this shop. Was told to show up at 3pm for my appt. and that it would take 3hrs to complete. When I got there I was told that it was going to be another 45min for the previous client. An hour and a half later at 430 my car was finally rolled into the shop. Having wasted 90min in the parking lot and things to do I told the shop to only do the front and back seat. (2hrs later not 3)at 630pm my card was swiped for 117$ and told to have a great day. Seats still dripping. Also the gas pump guy was a complete a$$. 3stars for it looking okay and smelling better. I expected more. Valuing people's time goes a long way. read more

Got an interior detail done with them. It only took 5 hours to be done and the work was fantastic. It wouldn't be hyperbole to say my car looks better than when it was brand new. I had a dirt stain on the passenger seat and a sunscreen stain in the back. No substance I bought could remove these and other places I went to estimated they wouldn't be able to completely erase them. Taylor's made them vanish. I am so pleased with the process. Gabe is a miracle worker and his work is second to none. I brought my car in to be detailed because the back window was left open during a storm and the wet carpet smelled horrible. I was fortunate that I was able to get a same day appointment. My car was cleaner and shinier than when I bought it. When I came to pick up the car Gave walked me through the whole process, what was done and what I should do for maintenance. Gabe said If I wasn't happy to let him know and he would take care of it- I had no complaints only compliments. I was ecstatic about how clean and new my "baby" looked. I was disappointed with the exterior detail job I had done at Taylor's a few weeks ago. my car has heavy swirl marks on the hood and rear deck lid like it's only half finished. I Had to clean up a lot of excess polish in the door jams ,hood, and deck lid .if if I wanted to clean the car I would've did it myself. On the plus side they did do a nice job of removing the painted stripes that were coming off. From my experience I would go somewhere else. read more

I had Scott detail my mini van(tan interior I also have 3 kids) all I could say was wow when he opened the door! I was so shocked it looked brand new! He worked long and hard on it all day. Scott even called me twice to reassure me that he was still working on it. I can not express my gratitude enough towards Taylor's auto detailing. I brought my car in for an interior/exterior detail and the work performed by them was outstanding. I'm not even 100% sure if the car I picked up is the same one that I dropped off. I have to admit that my cars appearance (interior and exterior) has been pretty much ignored since having a child 3 years ago. I tend to be a realist, and in the condition my vehicle was in, I would have been completely content picking up a cleaner car than I had dropped off, but this obviously was not good enough for them. I purchased my car used several years ago and I can honestly say this is the best it's ever looked. The interior was spotless and the paint which was never showroom condition, is now pretty darn close. I'm not sure whose soul had to be sold in order for their detailing abilities to have reached such a level, but to that person, I salute you. I cannot recommend them enough. If you're thinking about paying them a visit, pull the trigger, you won't be disappointed. read more

I'm not sure how other folks are gauging their experience but I was very disappointed by the results of my detailing experience. Exterior poor - marks that I removed at home with regular automotive polish. Front apron was not even washed. Door jambs not cleaned Interior - Carpets, seats and console(all fabric) showed no signs of vacuuming or shampooing. Sparkles from my granddaughters project still in the rear seats. Console cleaned up nicely with Resolve when I got home even though I was told that all that work was completed. Floor mats were soaked and I could barely see the word ROGUE until I (again) used Resolve to clean the mats. The white rags I used were black from the dirt. Cargo area was dirty. I ran my hand along the edges of the interior trim and my hand was BLACK!. We had to wait until they cleaned up some of the things we pointed out but overall a poor job. No chance I'll ever return or recommend. read more

This place goes above and beyond to serve their customers. I got a full interior done for the cost of $85. I found other places slightly lower but there's no promise whether the service would be this good. I had to drop off my car earlier than their usual hours and they happily accommodated. I, then, had difficulty picking up my car as soon as it was done so Brian (Bryan?) happily drove it to me since I lived nearby. I only had $70 in cash so he took that and I paid in full the next day. Additionally, he cleaned my exterior for free because I had not picked up my car right after he was done! How awesome! Finally, he offered to run over my one stain again at a later date since the spill did not come off completely the first time. He did this two days later when the shop opened again as promised (for free). I had, also, pointed out a stain in the front passenger seat which he happily tended to. All in all, great service for a picky and needy customer! This is definitely my go-to place from now on. read more

Short story: this place did a FANTASTIC job with a complete interior detail for our car (including a huge amount of dog hair) at a reasonable price. Long story: We got a new car two years ago. We have two large dogs with short hair that both shed, and the car has cloth seats. It was a losing battle cleaning dog hair out of the car - my shop vac and lint roller were ineffective, and eventually we just gave up. The car accumulated a LOT of dog hair - not just all over the seats, but in all the cracks and crevices, on the floor etc. Eventually, with a wedding coming up and the potential for needing to drive around some family members (grandparents etc), we decided we really needed to cave and pay for an interior detail. I did a google search and called some detailing places near us, and Taylor's had the best starting rate for an interior detail ($80) plus excessive pet hair fee ($25). For context pretty much everywhere else was $100 minimum for a regular detail and wouldn't give me a quote for the hair until they saw the car. They sent an employee to pick up the car (we only have one car so I didn't have anyone to drop me off). He got it around 2pm and spend the remainder of the afternoon cleaning, and came back around 6pm to tell me that he hadn't even gotten halfway through the car because there was so much hair, but he could come back to get it the next morning. I said that was OK and they just charged me half the rate to start. He came back to get the car the next morning (around 10am) and spent ALL DAY cleaning it, then came back after 6pm again to drop it off. The result? the car was SPOTLESS. Literally cleaner than the day we bought it. I'd expected that most of the dog hair would be gone from the large surfaces of the seats but that there would be no way to get it out of all the little nooks and crannies. I have no idea how he did it, and it took the poor guy 12 hours total, but he got every single strand of dog hair out of the car. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. The best part of the whole thing? The owner didn't charge me a dime extra. He had an employee probably spend two or three times longer on our car than a typical interior detail would take, so by all rights he probably should have called me back after they saw how bad the car was, and told me it would cost more. But he stuck with the original quote, which certainly earns my loyalty as a customer (not that we get our car detailed that often). I'd highly recommend this place to anyone with a similar dog-hair problem, although I'm sure they'd do a great job on a more "typical" detail as well. read more

this place did a great(!) job on my car.. I had a goat urinate in the back seat (literally) and the car was totally spotless when i got it back. There were some minor communication issues and I got locked in their parking lot which was a bit frustrating, but overall I could not be happier with the work they did on my car.
