We used to have a membership at another local Car wash but about a month ago, as we left the car wash, we noticed tree sap and marks all over our Mazda CX-5's Brilliant Red paint and it showed the problem areas but they did nothing after we filed a claim and the odd thing was that the gentleman next to us that was vacuuming his car had the same issues with tree sap and sticky stuff all gummed up but this place was Clean and had Many More steps to remove the dirt and Gunk Off of our vehicle. I usually go to the Cinnaminson location. One of the employees there told me about this location (Burlington), would be opening soon. After this spot came online, I started coming here. I go to both, depending on proximity, when I'm out and about. The staff is really professional, friendly and helpful. The manager, Terrell makes sure the customers are taken care of. The footprint of this facility is huge! There are two drying/vacuum areas. One inside, the other outside. It's nice to have the option, especially if you dont want to dry and vacuum outside. Fresh small hand towels are available at each stall, for drying your vehicle. Dirty towels are replaced with clean ones regularly. There is also a "Brilliance Wax Tunnel", you can pull in and have your vehicle waxed with their automated system. There are two ways to do this, pay at the automated kiosk, when you pull up, or join "The Wash Club." There are 5 membership options. You can choose "Brilliance". The pricing has 3 options, Monthly, 90 Day, or 1 year option. You need a credit card to become a member. The Brilliance Wax Tunnel is only available at Lawrenceville, Burlington and Oxford Valley locations. If you plan on becoming a member you have to park and go to the office and create an account, you will have an adhesive ID strip placed inside on your windshield. Loved everything about the experience! You pull in to a screen where you can pay cash or card and select your service. You are also able to buy a membership for 19.99 a month, which is worth it if you get your car washed often (it includes unlimited washes). Afterwards, you drive through, throw your car in neutral and get everything washed. You then have the option to use their free vacuums - great suction and really got my carpet and seats clean. They also have towels for you to use. If you have issues, they do have a desk and staff near the vacuums floor to answer any questions. I paid $18 for an Ultimate wash, but there are $14 and $11 washes, and prices go up to about $40. Definitely will be my car wash spot from now on. read more

I stopped by today after not washing my car in a few weeks, my monthly pass did not work, I had a rep come out and take a picture of my sticker number to look it up, another rep comes out a few minutes later takes a picture and asks for my credit card I used, minutes later Aaron the shift supervisor arrives to ask what my problem is. My sticker isn't working I never had this issue, he proceeded to tell me that another car has been using this pass multiple times a day...my pass is unaltered it's not modified and I'm being told that I'm doing something wrong. The shift supervisors advise is to pay for a wash and take it up with corporate, or I can leave. At this point there are multiple cars behind me I asked how...he will direct traffic I had to unsafely reverse with my child in the car with cars oncoming this is disgusting, I can only get a first name of a manager no one answers the phone I need a resolution to the disrespect and treatment that was given to me today this is disgusting and should not happen to anyone it's a joke. The new Valet Auto Wash, located in the Philadelphia Mills is very unprofessional, and lower than sub-par. The place is so bad, it does not have a current site on YELP or even listed on the Valet Auto Wash Centers websites. The car wash damaged my new car of 2 months, and now I have to pay to have the hood of the vehicle buffed out. On December 22, 2021, my spouse bought me a monthly membership. Now, this vehicle, a 2022 Volvo, has never been to a car wash that has brushes, I have taken it to the "BRUSHLESS" Car Wash on Route 13, Bensalem (Red Rhino). After going through the car wash, grabbing the towels that they supply to dry the vehicle. I noticed that the hood had light scratches on it due to the rubber brushes in the car wash. I notified the attended and a report was taken. On December 30, 2021, after not hearing back from the organization. I decided to stop in and speak with whomever was managing the location. I was met by one of the most unprofessional spoke persons that I have ever had the misfortune to meet. He acted as if I was bothering him and barely looked at the hood. His answer to me was: " The young female reviewed the video and claimed it looks like it had gotten scratched from drying with a towel, there is nothing we can do!" Mind you, the towels are supplied by the organization for customers to utilize, so do their towels scratch Clear Coat!? This was a poor excuse for an issue that he did not want to deal with. Mind you, my spouse purchased the monthly cost of their 'ULTIMATE WASH'. Needless to say, she has since cancelled the membership. Now, I will have to come out of pocket and pay a body shop to buff out the hood of my 2 month old vehicle. So, if you have a new vehicle, that cost a large amount of money, NEVER USE this car wash!!! If it damages your vehicle, unskilled, unprofessional, untrained individuals will assess the situation and give their opinion on what had occurred. Consumer "BEWARE"!
