This is the best car wash in the area. They have a fully staffed team and they don't lack on service. They make sure every detail gets attention. You definitely get your moneys worth coming here. It's not the fastest but quality can't be rushed. The monthly passes are definitely worth it in my opinion, even if you come here once a month. The location is really convenient and you are surrounded by all the major highways. They have a full menu if you are in a hurry but if you want a really clean and detailed car I suggest going with the 2nd best , it's about a 10-15 minute wait but they don't skimp. A very friendly establishment however.... I drive a 2door Mini Cooper and paid $30 for the elite package. The trunk was barely vacuumed and they broke my cell phone holder. Covid forced me to only get exterior service since March and the last car wash that did full service abt a month ago was a complete joke. But this place was awesome. My daughter plays soccer so the car was full of grass, dirt, and foolishness. They brightened my whole day & made my car feel brand new for $30!!!! Well worth EVERY penny & the tip! The absolute worst car wash around. I brought my car in, which I normally keep very clean, and the manager is telling me they hand brush each car. So I asked why I'm paying $20 for a wash when there is still dirt all over the doors, the wheels, and the body of the car. The manager was an absolute asshole and walked away from the car to go back to work after stating "i didn't wash the car, don't get mad at me" not the way to handle business at all. Some days are better than others but this place hasn't been up to par for awhile. When I got in my car today the mats were just thrown in. The radio was on a funky station. While they were courteous this had to be the worst car wash ever. Tires were still dirty, inside barely vacuumed and no attention to cleaning the dashboard or center console. The maple shade location got my Jeep in immediately on Sunday morning. The employee did a very fine job with cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle. It wasn't a perfect job for $45 however I was satisfied with the cleaning of my 21 year old vehicle. I would recommend this place however if your looking for an extensive cleaning that takes a couple of hours for $45 I would suggest not going there. You can get a very extensive cleaning if you pay $275 at this place. read more

I really want my $14.80 back. I was being lazy and didn't want to drive all the way down to my favorite car wash. So I decided to go to White Glove. I should have known better because the last time I went a $5 charger came up missing. But I'm like OK-times are hard. The service is still subpar. The attendant tells me that he can't open my trunk. But then he says it's already pretty clean, so I don't need to wipe it down. I'm like Ok. I just took the car out of the shop, so if there was a problem-they would have told me. So I promptly walked over and hit the trunk button. Guess what? The trunk pops open. If you're too lazy to wipe down the trunk, fine. Don't make up a story! Very happy with the service that I received. I arrived at 8am, when they opened, and got the Elite wash. I was given a (small) discount for paying with cash. The exterior and interior of my car are spotless and shiny and I only had to wait 30 minutes. read more

Been here twice. First time was thoroughly impressed with the cleaning and interior was conditioned and spotless. This time although I paid for the same service I noticed the workers never applied conditioner to the interior and did a poor job even wiping down the interior and vacuuming. Paid for the Elite service both times so not sure what to think. In a pinch I might go back but doubtful based on the last wash. Extremely rude and arrogant manager. After going through the wash, my new car's front license plate was bent up and the frame was broken. When I pointed it out to the manager (he said his name was Kon), his reply was "That happens to every car, what am I supposed to do?" I then found scratches on my front fender which were not there before, and he just flat out said "That's not from us." He got extremely confrontational after I asked to speak to the owner and told me I was a pain in his a**. I spoke to the owner on the phone, and he was very reasonable and offered to try to buff the scratches out at one of their other locations, but that does not make up for the ignorance of the manager. read more

a little pricey did do the interior with vacume and wiped down the inside. scrubbed outside of car with power waher and soap rag. hit the tires real good with power washer. car goes through car wash machine lights flashing. as car moves they scrub tires. the soap sprays from machine with scrubber they used polish wax and triple foam makes the car look like ice cream, then the rollers scrub the car they use high pressure spray for the under carriage then spray the car with clear coat rainx, the car then gets blow dryed as some people wait out front to wipe it down. car looks brand new coming out. they open up back of trucks and wipe the back windows wipe the inside windshield wiper and dash. they wipe down the cup holders i seen 4 people wiping my car. they wiped side windows side bar, really nice job i would recommend this place to get your car washed read more

Mostly friendly service and usually great experiences with all the white glove facilities. Today was a little different. Car came out with a lot of dirt and residue left over. When I asked about it the 'manager' informed me after simply looking at the trunk lid that a wash wouldn't remove that and I'd need to leave it and pay for a detail job to have that removed and the car waxed afterwards. I was on a lunch break and had no time for that. When I got it back to work I broke out a rag and a little soapy water and took care of it myself. Very disappointed with this service today. I may use white glove again for a quick wash but I surely won't return to this location. $26 + tip to have to come back and finish the job myself? No thanks. read more

When I took them the estimate I spoke to owner (Kenny) and he now refuses to accept responsibility. I've used this car wash for years without any problems. They always do a good job cleaning car. The employees are very nice too me, and they make sure they do a great job cleaning my car before I leave. Maple Shade White Glove sucks!! This place has really gone down hill. Paid $26 for Elite, what I got was a $10 car wash (at best) and a detailer who wanted a tip for ArmorAll overspray on all quarter panels and dirt scuffs on the interior foot well trim which both were cleaned that same day....By ME when I got home! They somewhat clean the glass and spray tons more ArmorAll all over the interior to make it seem clean. Cleaning of floor mats is banging them up against the wall once then throw'em back into the car, or was it the detailers job? Doesn't matter they were still dirty (something else I cleaned later). I remember years ago one of the mangers/owner (not sure which one he was) would look at each car and approve the job before it left the lot. Never again will I have my vehicle washed here. Those of you who are in S.Jersey, there is a place in Blackwood on 168 called AutoSheen, takes awhile but the wait is worth it. To update, the "manager" just called me and did you know that you can only get scratches on your car at a car was from the high pressure washer the employees use in the beginning of the car wash? That is what the manager tried to tell me. They told me that this was what they watched on their video and saw it wasn't from them. The same attitude as Kon carries higher up. I suggest the White Glove team up their game on detail. It was sub par.

The service is so slow that I saw 6 cars leave while I was waiting, and they were only one car away from the entrance.
