I used this carwash 3 times, First time wasn't so bad but the 2nd and 3rd time they really sucked I always get the Premium wash, They leave the floor mats with puddles On Them in the car, The People who dry and wipe the interior down really suck They left it to where I had to wipe it down my self, I WON'T be going back there for the prices They charge and the lame results. I gave them 1 star because I couldn't put ZERO. read more

I went to the Maple Shade location today and I was not impressed because they did vacuum the passenger side of the car. There was at least 5 people working on my car so why was it not vacuum. I had to ask the guy to clean the cup holders. $25 wasted. Do better. Someone should inspect the cars so the customers can be satisfied and come back. I'm so disappointed and disgusted read more

Been coming here for years. Now I have an SUV. They do a stellar start to finish when I buy the works package. Could not be happier with the results. They work diligently to pay attention to small details. Try it! read more

Worst car wash around. I have a mobility scooter carrier on my hitch. It folds up. Then will not let me in for a car wash. A number of car washes in the area has no problem washing my car with the carrier attached. read more

This is the best car wash in the area. They have a fully staffed team and they don't lack on service. They make sure every detail gets attention. You definitely get your moneys worth coming here. It's not the fastest but quality can't be rushed. The monthly passes are definitely worth it in my opinion, even if you come here once a month. The location is really convenient and you are surrounded by all the major highways. They have a full menu if you are in a hurry but if you want a really clean and detailed car I suggest going with the 2nd best , it's about a 10-15 minute wait but they don't skimp. Highly recommend if you care about your car. Nothing here is really picture worthy but it's a car wash so don't be to disappointed read more

White Glove Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Maple Shade, New Jersey

They never clean the inside back window. They never completely vacuum the inside and they never fully clean the dashboard

White Glove is the only place I take my car for cleaning. They have a range of services to choose from, depending on your pocketbook. They strive to do the job right the first time and are always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. read more

car mats wet, cup holders dirty. they do not comply dry your car out because I have streaks from the runoff. mentioned it to them and they said cannot was car again without paying. where is the guarantee if not cleaned properly will wash again. stay away. read more

This place is terrible. My SUV was still wet inside and out, it was still dirty when they told me it was done. I paid $23 for nothing. The attendants look like they hate their job. I'll never go back. read more

A very friendly establishment however.... I drive a 2door Mini Cooper and paid $30 for the elite package. The trunk was barely vacuumed and they broke my cell phone holder. I had to ask them to vacuum the trunk - begrudgingly they did - but it wasn't acceptable. No attention to the details. I will not recommended this business to anyone. read more

Babbbyyyyy this was hands down the BEST full service car wash ever!!! My car was filthy! Covid forced me to only get exterior service since March and the last car wash that did full service abt a month ago was a complete joke. But this place was awesome. My daughter plays soccer so the car was full of grass, dirt, and foolishness. They brightened my whole day & made my car feel brand new for $30!!!! Well worth EVERY penny & the tip! They wiped doors, wheel wells, windows and even opens the truck and cleaned the crack between the truck and the car!! Do u hear me!!! My car is spotless!!! I'm in love! Highly recommend!! read more

They need to change their hours on this website. They don't open until 9:00 am on Thursday's

The absolute worst car wash around. I brought my car in, which I normally keep very clean, and the manager is telling me they hand brush each car. So I asked why I'm paying $20 for a wash when there is still dirt all over the doors, the wheels, and the body of the car. The manager was an absolute asshole and walked away from the car to go back to work after stating "i didn't wash the car, don't get mad at me" not the way to handle business at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. I was lazy and didn't go to my favorite wash down in Berlin, and I regret it. Time and money now wasted. They are a sad excuse for a business, with the poor services and the poor management read more

This is probably one of the worst carwashes in the state of New Jersey. They don't give a shit everybody there is miserable detailing inside is awful I bought the package for the month of carwashes of the premium not worth it. So if you want your car look like it's washed and it's spotted from drops of water they don't wipe down and your interior look the same when you pull away and this is your place otherwise it is the worst read more

Horrible service! Will not go back. My car was just as dirty as it was before the wash. read more

Some days are better than others but this place hasn't been up to par for awhile. When I got in my car today the mats were just thrown in. The radio was on a funky station. They hardly spent anytime doing the interior. It's a very convenient location for me but I don't think I'm going back. read more

While they were courteous this had to be the worst car wash ever. Tires were still dirty, inside barely vacuumed and no attention to cleaning the dashboard or center console. We ended up doing more than they did after being bilked 22 bucks. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place and drive through a self service for a third of the price. read more

I keep trying to make this place work. Every time no matter what kind of service you chose they do a poor job. When I asked the guy to retouch some spots he asked me: do you want to take your car to the grave? Not only rude but inefficient read more

The maple shade location got my Jeep in immediately on Sunday morning. The employee did a very fine job with cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle. It wasn't a perfect job for $45 however I was satisfied with the cleaning of my 21 year old vehicle. I would recommend this place however if your looking for an extensive cleaning that takes a couple of hours for $45 I would suggest not going there. You can get a very extensive cleaning if you pay $275 at this place. read more

I really want my $14.80 back. I was being lazy and didn't want to drive all the way down to my favorite car wash. So I decided to go to White Glove. I should have known better because the last time I went a $5 charger came up missing. But I'm like OK-times are hard. The service is still subpar. The attendant tells me that he can't open my trunk. But then he says it's already pretty clean, so I don't need to wipe it down. I'm like Ok. I just took the car out of the shop, so if there was a problem-they would have told me. So I promptly walked over and hit the trunk button. Guess what? The trunk pops open. If you're too lazy to wipe down the trunk, fine. Don't make up a story! Your money is better spent somewhere else y'all read more

A while back, had a car washed there and all my changes were missing. Went back and spoke to a manager and he said he knew exactly who did it. I never went back there again. I think they hire ex cons . read more

Extremely rude and arrogant manager. After going through the wash, my new car's front license plate was bent up and the frame was broken. When I pointed it out to the manager (he said his name was Kon), his reply was "That happens to every car, what am I supposed to do?" I then found scratches on my front fender which were not there before, and he just flat out said "That's not from us." He got extremely confrontational after I asked to speak to the owner and told me I was a pain in his a**. I spoke to the owner on the phone, and he was very reasonable and offered to try to buff the scratches out at one of their other locations, but that does not make up for the ignorance of the manager. read more

Very happy with the service that I received. I arrived at 8am, when they opened, and got the Elite wash. I was given a (small) discount for paying with cash. The exterior and interior of my car are spotless and shiny and I only had to wait 30 minutes. read more

Been here twice. First time was thoroughly impressed with the cleaning and interior was conditioned and spotless. This time although I paid for the same service I noticed the workers never applied conditioner to the interior and did a poor job even wiping down the interior and vacuuming. Paid for the Elite service both times so not sure what to think. In a pinch I might go back but doubtful based on the last wash. Check my other reviews as there is a car wash I usually use in the area I swear by. Just haven't been able to get there the past couple of times but disappointed as I thought I found an alternative. read more

Mostly friendly service and usually great experiences with all the white glove facilities. Today was a little different. Car came out with a lot of dirt and residue left over. When I asked about it the 'manager' informed me after simply looking at the trunk lid that a wash wouldn't remove that and I'd need to leave it and pay for a detail job to have that removed and the car waxed afterwards. I was on a lunch break and had no time for that. When I got it back to work I broke out a rag and a little soapy water and took care of it myself. Very disappointed with this service today. I may use white glove again for a quick wash but I surely won't return to this location. $26 + tip to have to come back and finish the job myself? No thanks. read more

Went there last week. Well kept facility. Average pricing and slightly above average cleaning quality. Missed multiple small nooks and crannies but the basic cleaning was done well. read more

Machine broke my left front headlight. Initially they were very sorry and asked me to get an estimate. When I took them the estimate I spoke to owner (Kenny) and he now refuses to accept responsibility. I've used this car wash for years without any problems. They always do a good job cleaning car. But now they just say:" So...sue us! " Won't be going back and I'll be sharing this experience far and wide. I'll see Kenny next in Court. read more

I don't get it!!!? $8.50 to just wash the exterior & the machine doesn't even do a good job!!! Rip off!!

Terrible service. Just get the cheapest one if you are just tryna get the snow salt off your car. They do a horrible job vacuuming.

Usually great job but guy who was taking $ charged 4 service up than wanted! Shame b/c I usually like this place

To update, the "manager" just called me and did you know that you can only get scratches on your car at a car was from the high pressure washer the employees use in the beginning of the car wash? That is what the manager tried to tell me. They told me that this was what they watched on their video and saw it wasn't from them. The same attitude as Kon carries higher up. So what i can only say at this point, is use at your own risk. i know i will never go to White Glove again in Maple Shade nor will my friends and family. Nasty people, nasty management. read more

I've been coming about a few months now. I originally came from the promenade car wash in Marlton but I had bad service there. Ever since I've been coming to white glove, I NEVER had an issue. The employees are very nice too me, and they make sure they do a great job cleaning my car before I leave. I'm not sure why other people are experiencing issues but like I said before I never had an issue. I come all the way from Marlton to get my car clean. read more

Maple Shade White Glove sucks!! This place has really gone down hill. Paid $26 for Elite, what I got was a $10 car wash (at best) and a detailer who wanted a tip for ArmorAll overspray on all quarter panels and dirt scuffs on the interior foot well trim which both were cleaned that same day....By ME when I got home! They somewhat clean the glass and spray tons more ArmorAll all over the interior to make it seem clean. Cleaning of floor mats is banging them up against the wall once then throw'em back into the car, or was it the detailers job? Doesn't matter they were still dirty (something else I cleaned later). I remember years ago one of the mangers/owner (not sure which one he was) would look at each car and approve the job before it left the lot. Never again will I have my vehicle washed here. Those of you who are in S.Jersey, there is a place in Blackwood on 168 called AutoSheen, takes awhile but the wait is worth it. I live in Princeton now and the trip is too far for me, guess I need to find a place up here. They should change their name, it's false advertising and a contradictory. read more

Great service. Was in and out in 10 min. Free coffee is a nice touch even if no time to drink it!

I suggest the White Glove team up their game on detail. It was sub par.

The service is so slow that I saw 6 cars leave while I was waiting, and they were only one car away from the entrance.
