Later, I asked for copies of the Illustrator and vector files and they refused to turn them over stating "we do not do that" and "they are professional files." It was really disappointing because I am very technical and I sometimes like making my own edits and design tweaks. I felt like they were forcing me to use them to do the edits (so I would need to pay them) and all the printing. I mean why can't I have the files. I paid them to make them and what are they really going to do with my files. I think the counter argument is they are artists and they own the rights. I call BS because this is not art, it is a business owner paying for a service and a product. I will not hire these guys again because I do not feel this is an honest approach to business. No one told me I could not have the files when I hired them either. Perhaps this is a difference of opinion but I will let my wallet speak by hiring another someone else for future projects.

I was quoted one price for tint…read moreover the phone, another price from a man when I came in to drop off the vehicle, then another price from a woman when I picked up the vehicle. As a professional business, they need to work on their communication skills and clarity. After going back and forth with the price when the job was done, I was rudely told to "go to Philly" to get my tint. This isn't indicative of quality customer service at all. If there was a more professional appointment system in place, then I would've received an e-mail with a price in black and white instead of playing the bait-and-switch game. She would not admit she quoted me what she indeed quoted me over the phone. I've had tint installed here 2 years ago but they have lost a repeat customer. I'm no longer referring people to spend money in this establishment. I came in here to spend my hard-earned money and I wasn't treated with respect at all.
