In this regard it's more Safeway/Giant/Wegmans/Wise/SFW/CVS than anything else....and like those, your card isn't required for you to shop the store. Very personable staff too. And unlike the Restaurant Depot, they don't make you provide everything short of a DNA sample to get an account, and show proof of an incorporated business. I just wanted some freaking pots. Relax guys. Glad we drove past restaurant depot and came here instead. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. They will walk your order out to your car, and load it up for you. And? Due to a spinal fusion and permanent lifting restrictions, I am unable to lift more than five pounds. I politely asked a lady (short, petite with dark hair who identified herself as the manager if someone could help me load the ice. Instead of showing empathy or trying to find a solution, I was told that she could tell me where the ice was but couldn't lift it for me. I explained again that I physically could not lift the bags at all. Rather than attempting to locate another employee, I was left waiting for approximately 45 minutes. What made the experience especially upsetting was the attitude. I felt dismissed and judged based solely on how I looked. Because when I asked, she actually looked me up and down. Her eyes scanned me as if to judge my ability to get my own ice. Just because someone appears healthy doesn't mean they don't have a disability or medical restriction. Disabilities are not always visible, and customer service should reflect that understanding. Ironically, an employee from the register--the same person who was there all along--eventually came over and loaded all six bags into my car without issue. Had that happened from the beginning, this entire experience could have been avoided. I shop at this location because it's convenient and carries products I need, so I'll likely continue to visit. However, I sincerely hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve customer service and provide better training on assisting customers with disabilities or medical limitations. A little kindness, empathy, and willingness to help can make all the difference.

But they just replaced the fuse and gave it back to me. When i bought it this one didn't have box so i want to make sure its brand new. The manager said its brand new. but when i brought home there was scratch on the bowl , also the Asix brand name was just glued poorly just came off. When you go there you can't put it on an account you have to pay. Now, you need to have a yearly membership card Instead of telling them where you work to receive the discount. The more that is bought the better the reward program, so most companies want you spending money because it helps them, the employee gets a perk, doesn't harm anyone ( you're paying). Today bill was $75. If I was a member it would have been $50. That's a big difference. When you go there the pricing advertised in 150 font is the member price and the 16 font price is nonmember. I looked over what I was purchasing and put back a majority of it because I know that Amazon has it. This is a losing situation for the company I work for, and for themselves. I want to support local business, please don't have policy that prevent that. I always loved coming there, but can't afford nonmember pricing or yearly member dues, when I can get from Amazon.
