Then they jacked up the rate to almost double what it was-$206.46 per quarter! We cancelled the account and went with Evergreen, who charges literally HALF that amount, has never missed a pickup, picks up large items, and puts the bins back out of the driveway. And NOW...we get a bill from Waste Management for $94.20. For what? FOR PICKING UP THEIR OWN DAMN BINS. $75 for bin removal, $10.70 Energy Surcharge, and $8.50 Admin fee.
