A representative told me the unit was available and that I could visit Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5PM. I clarified my interest and confirmed I could view it around 11:30 AM on a weekday. The only payment option given was cash, so I went out of my way to get cash and made the drive from Fredericksburg, VA--over an hour and a half in traffic. When I arrived, I expected a professional environment, but I was greeted by a man who spoke limited English and offered zero customer service. No greeting, no smile--just a cold "What do you need?" I explained I was there to see the dishwasher, and he seemed completely unaware of my appointment. Shortly after, I received a call from the sales rep stating the unit was in overstock and couldn't be brought down because their forklifts were blocked. That was news to me--and incredibly frustrating after such a long trip. I watched as the man walked off for 15 minutes, then returned to tell me he couldn't find the unit. He claimed it wasn't available--even though I had already provided the model number. When I asked about other dishwashers, he said, "We don't have any," multiple times, which I later found out was a complete lie. When I asked for a manager, I was told his boss was in China and that he was the only person who could help. He made me feel like a nuisance and clearly wanted me to leave. I sat at the counter while he stared at me in silence. After getting no response from the Facebook Marketplace contact, I decided to look around myself. The store is a mess--completely disorganized. Equipment is stacked to the ceiling, aisles are blocked, and forklifts can't even get through. It's a safety hazard and extremely unprofessional. While walking through, I saw two used dishwashers--the same ones he said didn't exist--proving again he was not being truthful. And the biggest shock: As I walked toward the exit, there it was--the exact unit I came to see, sitting plainly on the floor, easily accessible, no obstruction at all. I called him over and pointed it out. He had no apology, no explanation, no accountability--just another excuse. He claimed they couldn't get it to my truck. When I showed him I had a trailer and explained how it could easily be loaded using the ramp, he finally agreed, after all that nonsense. When I asked about the brand-new dishwasher I had seen, hoping they might offer a deal given the experience, he showed no interest in helping or resolving the situation. Honestly, this felt more than just bad service--it felt discriminatory. As a Black man, I felt unwelcome and disrespected the entire time. It seemed like my money wasn't good enough and my presence was a burden. This was a total waste of time, money, and energy. The service is terrible, the organization is nonexistent, and the attitude toward customers--especially minority customers--is appalling. Avoid this business at all costs. Zero stars. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Disrespectful. Do not waste your time or money here.
