I sometimes come here just to browse what kind of tools I may be missing. Rockler has everything from tiny dowels to thousands-of-dollar heavy equipment. What I usually come here for is to get hardwood and baltic ply. The hardwood selection here is great and it's reasonably priced. Most of them are S4S or S3S so in the worst case, I can use my table saw to rip the unfinished side. You only pay for what you need so you can have them cut a longer piece and not pay for the reminder! That's amazing. Note that they only cut longer wood to fit in your car. Rockler currently does not offer planing or joining services. The guy over there said they are looking into supporting such services soon but as of today, that's not an option. Rockler also has wood-turning and other general woodworking classes. There's a small classroom inside the store itself. If you need anything woodworking, Rockler is it!

I'm sure I'm forgetting a class... all within 6 months!! :) The store is clean and staffed with very knowledgeable, patient, and kind people that all share a love of woodworking. I was able to buy one of the new ones, which saved me from having to make another trip for it. They carry other various items that would be perfect for gifting. They have the rare south Indian gems (various Daily Delight products) that cannot be found in most of the other Indian stores, along with regular Indian groceries. It is completely out of the way, but sometimes a necessary trip. They also sell the usual items: produce, Indian snacks, pickles, etc. It's better to just come here for what you need and not the customer service, (unless you know the staff). One thing to note, this store is located in a very tight and potentially busy strip mall. While there is enough parking, it can be limited in the evening (from past experience).

Sami and his colleagues were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the appliances. I naturally gravitated towards the newer ones with all the bells and whistles. They sell a washer/dryer in one...I knew these existed, but it was nice seeing it up front. They are having a grand opening sales and gift card rebates until the ~25th of August. One thing to note is that they do charge for the accessories, which is essentially covered by the gift card rebates and instant sales. Anyone in the market for new appliances should definitely check out this store and take advantage of the sales and gift cards. There is plenty of parking available in front of the store, also shared by neighboring stores.

Absolute Negligence, Property Damage, and Zero Accountability!!! I am not one to post negative…read morereviews ever and always try to resolve any issues with the business directly. This experience has honestly been the worst experience I have had with a business so I feel I need to share with other consumers. We purchased all new kitchen appliances from Bray & Scarff and spent approximately $8,500. From the very beginning, this experience has been a nightmare. Nearly every appliance delivered was damaged, forcing us to reject multiple deliveries and wait for replacements. This alone caused weeks of disruption and frustration. The worst issue, however, was the complete incompetence of their installer. When installing our new refrigerator, the installer failed to properly connect the water line, causing an active leak that went unnoticed for 2-3 weeks. By the time we discovered it, significant damage had already occurred to our home. Bray & Scarff sent someone to inspect the damage and acknowledged the issue, stating they would submit a claim to their insurance carrier, Travelers. That is where the accountability ended. Travelers has been unresponsive, dismissive, and obstructive. Phone calls go unanswered, and we are repeatedly told to file a claim with our own homeowners insurance instead -- despite this damage being caused by Bray & Scarff's installer. This would unfairly raise our insurance premiums and shift responsibility away from the party that caused the damage. The combination of damaged products, negligent installation, property damage, and insurance runaround is unacceptable. We trusted Bray & Scarff with a major home purchase and were met with carelessness and refusal to take responsibility when it mattered most. If you value your home, your time, or your peace of mind, do not use Bray & Scarff. We are now exploring formal complaints and legal options.
