I was up against a tight deadline and could not get my personal printer to work. I was originally looking for a FedExOffice when I saw this place was much closer so I decided to stop by and I'm glad I did. The store is clean, the owner and employees are extremely courteous and helpful. They were able to take care of everything I needed in a very short amount of time. You should note that cash is preferred as all major cards are accepted but come with a $1.00 service fee. I will stop in here for all of my printing needs. read more

We've been here twice because they are nearest to where we live and work and there's usually street parking available (metered). We've used them for copying letters and documents that are required for applying for things or copying tax returns. They also have COLOR copying/xeroxing which is very useful. They do the copying for you -- that is, you don't stand at the machine yourself as it's behind a counter -- and it seems to be about 30 cents a page although sometimes it seems to be less. Maybe there's a volume discount but there's no sign up. They also do big printing jobs and have that very valuable NOTARY service if you need it. Their website says they do web development/sites too. Generally, pleasant and helpful people staffing. And it's wheelchair accessible! read more

Very professional services and customer support ..,, ONCE they get to you. They simply don't have the logistics down to serve people quickly. This is frustrating particularly as people are waiting and start jamming into the small waiting room bc a line has formed. This is the biggest frustration. I hate giving bad reviews but the supervisor who worked at the store on Friday, November 6th around 1-2pm is full of shit. I was returning an order from Wayfair where they instructed me to drop of the box at any of the approved Fed Ex Ship Center locations. I found this store on the list and their site made clear they handle FedEx orders. When they saw the size, which was a large box (but not anything ridiculous), they said they wouldn't accept it -- mainly because it was a box that I wasn't trying to ship myself (aka they weren't making any money from shipping my pre-paid box) and because they only reserve a little container for FedEx related orders. I'm not sure why an authorized location would only take letters and small packages. USELESS!! There was plenty of space for them to take my box as an authorized location. Don't false claim to be a FexEx certified location but have carve outs about what box you would take or not. You inconvenienced TF out of my day and you guys owe me money for the miles I put on my Uhaul. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL -- ESPECIALLY FOR SHIPPING SERVICES. read more

Very rude trash kind of people made an appointment for fingerprinting but the guy was upset cause ii didn't want him taking my id and birth cert if he could find my appointment this after they told me without a print confirmation they couldn't see me even tho I had appointment number. They get No stars because they dont like to correct designs that they mess up on. My team ordered heat press and the design was not centered and also was not completely pressed on the shirt. When they screw up they don't like to reimburse....so KNOW THAT AND DONT EXPECT A REFUND EVEN IF ERROR IS ON THEM. ...I'm not sying don't support but please know what you are going to deal with. .....may not get high quality craftsmanship. read more

don't know about print services, but as a UPS drop they are the pits; you take door tag into the store and the idiot on the counter NASTILY insists YOU must contact UPS to obtain package # before he can locate your item. Any other drop point only needs the door tag. After over 30 years, I have informed UPS that I will not use their service if unless my packages never go to Global Print Master. One star only because their is no negative rating to select. read more
