Woohoo! I am first to review!…read more I set up an account with Andrew, the store owner, as I aneed a place to ship my stuff from LA to Bethesda. I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook.. A great and secure place near the battery lane apts to ship stuff to.

Great place if you intend to actually give them business, rather than enter their store with a overreaching sense of entitlement expecting concierge service for a third party Amazon return.

Honestly, it really just shows the lack of that person's ability to ask a question before they spend money. Yes, $3 for one page of printing might sound expensive, but it is actually the going rate. I can attest to that because I was at a UPS store in Sterling last week and that is how much it was, $3. If you think it's too expensive, buy yourself a printer and stop complaining, sir. Onto my experience today, these guys are always wonderful, always have a big smile on their face, and it just makes me feel amazing every time I walk out of postal plus Herndon. Even printing a single black and white page document will run you close to $2.00. I came here to this location this morning so that I could use one of their self-serve computers in order to print out an expensive one page document. There was no such luck here at this location because those computers don't exist. When I asked the sole employee who was working behind the counter the person was quite short with me and didn't bother to offer any other suggestions or help. Also the music was blaring, and the place definitely seemed like a very casual work environment and not that professional at all. I guess that this location is in business to serve their employees.

When I bring my dog in, they always make sure he gets a treat, which is such a small thing but says a lot about the atmosphere they've created. I regularly have to use UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on what I'm shipping, and I can confidently say I am always happiest when the package gets to go through UPS. That's entirely because of the people working at this location. After three years of consistently great customer service, they deserve some recognition. I thought that was a very cocky and rood response. Both of the clerks acted extremely arrogant and I was the sole customer in the store.
