Long story short the owner I'm guessing said she had her store number forwarded to her cell phone and this number is also used for another business. #1 this is unprofessional especially if the store is closed. What's the post of having the # forwarded if the store is closed. #2 try answering the phone professionally and properly as for your first impression only comes around once. I love shopping in my neighborhood and I love shopping at small business but this is the usual problem with doing so. Limited hours and lack of service send me right to box box stores.
