I originally found one printer that was close to me on Yelp... but I wanted to know if they printed table tents. And some... like literally just got back to me like a month after I requested a quote #Monthmen. Like... no joke, this other printer got back to me after I've literally been in possession of Minuteman's actual delivered order for like a week and a half. Francesca, the graphic designer that I corresponded with was awesome. She was not only quick to respond, but was quick to get me a proof by mail #AtNoCharge. After I got back to her telling her that the proof looked good, and ended up adding a few things to the order last minute, she got my whole order to me in less than a business week. Despite the short notice, he efficiently processed my order and ensured prompt delivery of the banners. I was pleasantly surprised to find that delivery was complimentary, which was a definite plus. Regarding the banner quality, having worked extensively in the convention scene for the past six years, I have encountered numerous banners. The ones provided by Alex's service stand out as the best in terms of quality. Unlike other banners I've used, these feel notably safer to handle. The construction method provides a secure assembly, minimizing the risk of accidental cuts or injuries compared to other products I've encountered in the past. So today, I walked to this store to ship two returns. The codes wouldn't scan. I wasn't in the mood to ask a million questions to come to a solution and almost picked up my items to walk back to my apartment. Not out of anger, just out of the 'I'll deal with this later' attitude I had after a long day. Erick (employee of the day, week, month, and year) asked to see my phone and went to work. I could see my screen the whole time, and he just worked away. A few minutes later, he came with printed returns and repackaged my items since I hadn't packed specific paperwork in the boxes. He did this while smiling and being helpful, as I just wanted to give up on the day. Erick, you are the most excellent FedEx employee I've ever met, and I wish great abundance to you and your family. Seriously! You turned a challenging day into an enjoyable one, and your problem-solving skills are stellar.
