My package was rerouted here due to not wanting to miss it, or have it be grabbed off the porch if we weren't home. I called to find out where it was because the tracking had not be updated in a week, despite my pick up attempts and even asking it to be sent to a different location as suggested by the Landover hub because this location couldn't be bothered to actually look for it when I went three times to pick it up. The woman who answered the phone would not let me speak. She escalated over and over and over. Yelling at me. Being a bully. I tried to explain that I had texts and the app said it was there. Over and over refused to let me speak. So here you go woman. Here's the proof that you're a lying jerk who, given your disgusting attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if it was stolen by you. I recorded the entire conversation, and will happily be sharing it with anyone who wants it, including the corp office representative who listened to it, and ask it be emailed to him this afternoon. read more

The UPS Store - THE ADDRESS IS THE STORE THAT YOU REPEATEDLY SAID NEVER HAD MY PACKAGE. You're a liar. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Washington, DC, District of Columbia

I enjoy this UPS location. They have parking! The location is also conveniently placed in a plaza surrounded by food and other retail stores. They have supplies like tape, boxes, self sealing envelopes, and flat folders for packaging. There is also a convenient Amazon return station at the front of the store for easy processing! The staff was patient and helpful! read more

Efforts to secure notary service generated subpar service I was challenged on my purpose I had to underscore after ten minutes proof that my request was valid with documentation what was in the person's face I go here all the time and I will be looking some where else to serve as my go too. Or if I see this person behind the front I will simply turn around knowing my last nerve will be triggered if I require services. read more

Went there for notary services. They were not knowledgeable. They wanted to know too much personal information. I consulted with another notary after leaving there. I wasn't satisfied. Ultimately they didn't notarize my documents assuming it may be fraudulent. Mind you, I had valid identification. I didn't have a good experience. read more

Beware of this place. I dropped offa package with return items, shoes totalling about 100$. I also had some Amazon things. This was Feb 5th 2024. U never has an issue with returns before but I was shocked to find out on Feb 15th that my 100$ return package never arrived to its destination. I contacted the store and THEY SAID IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST A STORE. THE PACKAGE WAS NEVER SCANNED. I called the 18007425877 and after FINALLY getting a human they confirmed that the package was never scanned and told me to start an investigation with the store. The bad part about this, I had a nagging feeling after I walked out of the UPS door, after interacting with one of the clerks but I dismissed it and went over to 5 Below. Now I'm out 100$. The amaxon stuff was scanned. I didn't realize that these "Stores" are not accountable. Check your receipts judiciously read more

I love efficient processes that save me time. I'm usually an impatient person and work quickly, but they've got me beat! I went today for fingerprinting. My appointment was at 1, but due to an accident on 50 I was a tad late (like 5 min). After I checked in, another customer came in and was clearly someone who might cause a scene. The associate did a great job of managing us both, keeping the other customer satisfied while not ignoring me. My fingerprinting process took literally 2 minutes. I was in my car by 1:10! So glad this location opened. It's close to where I live, and is the only UPS in DC that I know of that has an actual parking lot. read more

Due to seeing the response from the local business manager of ups. I have to respond to the fact it had nothing to do with anything free to offer to send off my package. A simple question asking if it was packaging available to ship it was the only question. And he was rude PERIOD. So please do not send a drawn out explanation on why your employee is RUDE. There is no excuse. read more

I print presentations here when I'm in a pinch. Always glossy and beautiful and I'm in and out quickly. I've also used their notary services a few times and it's very convenient. read more

Such a great UPS location! This is an organized store with professional staff that offers an impressive variety of services, from printing and document finishing to packing and shipping. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable - and get things done quickly, which is always a huge plus. I wish I had known about their printing services before my wedding - I would have ordered my invitations from here in a heartbeat! read more

So I arrived at this particular UPS at 6:29 pm and was surprised that it was already closed. Thinking I was late, I checked the hours of operation and sure enough, it closes at 7:00 pm. Now I was going there to pick up a package and just that. Might want to check that before it becomes a critical problem. read more

It's frustrating when the sign and Google says they close at 7 PM, but lights are off and gate is closed by 6:45! Don't even think about getting service if you arrive at 6:55. read more

I recently had an experience at this location that completely turned me off. I purchased two boxes and some packing supplies to pack and ship a couple of items. When the associate gave me my boxes I proceeded to the prep counters to pack my boxes, as soon as I began taping my boxes the associate told me I had to go outside to pack my boxes and that I could not pack them in the store. Mind you, it was raining outside and not just a drizzle, it was pouring down. I asked why I could not pack my box on the counter when I've seen many others pack their boxes inside the store and the associate just said "its our policy". So, I went outside in the rain to pack my boxes, while me and my items got soaked. This is what really set me off, when I was finished, I took my boxes to the counter to have them shipped, while the associate was keying in my shipment information, I turned around a noticed there were two people packing their amazon returns inside the store at the same exact spot I was attempting to pack my items and the associate did not say anything to them about packing their items inside the store. It hurts me because I am a Black person that was denied space to prepare my items at "the packing store", but two white people were given the space to do just what I was denied. This was a complete display of "policies" only being applied to Black people and white folks having the privilege to not be held to the same standard. I mentioned this and the associate (who I believe was the manager) got completely bent out of shape with me, so I cancelled my shipment, and left. I would advise others not to utilize this location simply b/c of their discriminatory policies in a neighborhood that is predominantly people of color. I hate to even give this location 1-star to which they only deserve negative 1 star. **Update** After doing some research, the parent company of this location is named White Water Solutions. How ironic! It's not surprising a company with this name would discriminate and provide white people with solutions that are not available to non-white people. Truly disgusting. read more
