After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes

The staff and manager could not help me while the owner was on vacation and I was informed that the company would contact me after he returned BUT No PHONE CALL NOTHING so disappointing and just bad business. Yes, they are friendly when you purchase and even when you have a problem BUT what is the point when no one seems to understand especially when you are in need of what they promised you would work I have spent 239 plus 25 for transfer of files for one computer and 175 plus 50 for another refurbished computer not to mention the WiFi card that I had to purchase when the computer (when I brought it home and realized there was NO WiFi card in it, that would have been helpful to know) I am sure NOW I will get a call or maybe not because I see that they like the positive reviews that the owner pointed and mentioned repeatedly to me. Extremely unprofessional hacks. The only thing worse than their lack of actual computer/electronic knowledge are the blatant lies they hide behind in attempt to cover up their incompetence. Every time I called about the status of a repair, I received a different answer. Funny how the problem could easily be fixed until after I forked over $120, and then suddenly the drive was damaged and corrupted and it could not be repaired. Not only was I out $120 but, when I went to pick up the drive, all I got in return was just loose parts from the original drive.
