I called OK Video and Tricia was wonderful and assured me they would try and fix the vhs tape and have everything ready and copied in the next week or so. When I walked in Tricia greeted me with a smile, looked at the tape and said it probably won't be a problem. I got a call a few days later that it was all fixed and copies were made. They not only charged less than they told me, but gave me a discount as well. They were accommodating, professional, and went over and beyond in my opinion. When I asked the gentleman that fixed it how bad it was, he said it just needed to be put in a new tape. It was not that bad and it only cost $15 to replace the vhs tape. I am so thankful that after my Father passed away, that I can share this gift of his video with my siblings this Christmas. Thank you OK Video for your kindness and helping us keep his memory alive for our family this holiday season!
