I paid them to make them and what are they really going to do with my files. I think the counter argument is they are artists and they own the rights. I call BS because this is not art, it is a business owner paying for a service and a product. I will not hire these guys again because I do not feel this is an honest approach to business. No one told me I could not have the files when I hired them either. Perhaps this is a difference of opinion but I will let my wallet speak by hiring another someone else for future projects.

Lisa spent over an hour with us taking photos in several key areas outside. Once our session was done we met with Lisa at her studio two weeks later. We were so overwhelmed with the amount of great images that we decided to go home and think it over only to book another appointment. Again, no problem. We were able to take our time, make out decisions and within 2-4 weeks later, and in time for the holidays we had our photos to proudly show our visitors. Lisa's prices are very reasonable and her work is absolutely stunning. We cannot thank Lisa enough for giving us a very enjoyable day during our shoot and photos to cherish for a lifetime. I hired Trolley Web to manage my Google Ads campaign for three months, paying $1,950. According to my Google Ads account change history, updates were made on only two days during that entire 3 month period, both while we were on scheduled phone calls. Outside of those calls, I could find no evidence of ongoing campaign management. Their contract states its services are valued at $125/hour. Even assuming just 4 total hours of work over 3 months, the level of service delivered falls short of what I paid for. My primary concern is the lack of accountability. When I initially raised my concerns and cancelled my services, Trolley Web claimed substantially more work had been completed, including detailed and accurate conversion tracking. Three months into this service, my Google Ads account reported 33.99 conversions in a single day in July, despite my business not receiving anywhere near that number of calls, emails, and/or clients during the *entire* month. This strongly suggests the conversion tracking was not configured correctly. I raised this issue over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.
