I'd like to respond to the review by Jonathan W. Unique Image was sold the end of 2022 so we are unable to reply directly to the review- which was posted 3 years AFTER the poster placed the order. The details here are important to understand. This customer purchased his own shirts and only came to Unique Image (Ui) to have them printed. He had the shirts drop- shipped directly to Ui. The shirts were counted in as is the normal practice. The customer was notified immediately that the 3X shirts were not received and he should notify his vendor about the missing shirts to have them sent. Ui offered to print the shirts once they arrived. The customer was only charged for the printing of the shirts that were received, therefore no refund was warranted. Not sure what else the customer expected Ui to do for him as we were not the supplier of his shirts. Had he placed the order for the shirts with Ui we would've made sure he got them. I purchased hoodies and hundreds of T shirts for my company the Fathership Foundation and our annual basketball tournament from 2015 to 2021. In 2021 I picked up an order for our tournament at the event we realized we had no 3X 's . Later I reached out to them and explained the missing Tees as they were drop shipped. They asked me to provide documentation of the delivery. After providing the confirmation of the delivery they refused to supply the shirts and refused refund my money. They told me I should have counted and checked when I picked up the order . They clearly did NOT appreciate my business. It may have been because I was black or they just could care less about any returning customer. I now use Rush Oder tees. Take your business where you are respected not tolerated. read more

I asked for a special request of 12 customized shirts created on their website for completion by the afternoon of that day. The order went in overnight and communication started around 8-9am through emails from the boss Jason Gleber and phone calls with staff members. The initial email reply from Mr. Gleber offered to complete the job by 12pm for a total of $350 , 2pm for $300 and 4 pm for $250. I took the 2pm $300 option. Despite creating the tshirt online myself, I was told I would need to approve the final mockup. I waited until 10am before it was sent to me and replied with an example to clarify the two colors. Prior to this I was very clear that the details and quality was not important as long as they could be used that day at an event. I demanded that they accept my pre-approval so I could work on other things, which they declined. After my email reply to their mockup, I left the office for a few hours. At time of pickup, the shirts were never even started. Jason Gleber spoke with me directly and was very condescending and uncomfortable to talk with. Apparently my approval was not considered to be final and despite the graphic team's "work" on it (which I already did overnight myself using their site... just like other tshirt sites ive ordered from) their production was never started. Fine. Okay I would accept that normally. Even though i was unavailable for a period of only 3-4 hours, was not called except once from a different number while unavailable to answer, and had been harassed through emails demanding additional money that morning for slow responses from me without considering multiple phone calls with the staff, and just a very bad taste dealing with this company, I would have accepted that. My request was unusual in that it needed same day completion and I was fine with it falling through. The reason for this poor review is that I was not refunded my complete purchase cost because staff had worked on the shirts and their time was paid for with the money from the purchase. This I couldn't believe considering the shirt was already created online by me and needed no clarification in my opinion at all. The time to re-create the design would be 5 minutes for such a simple white tshirt. Expressing my concerns to higher management, I was insulted by the boss Jason Gleber who made it a point to flex his capabilities and add insult to injury by boasting that the shirts could be done in 15 minutes if he wanted to make them. It was a very insulting and arrogant personality I was dealing with and his tangential responses wasted time and inflated his ego as he dismissed requests and - knowing that I'm a physician - belittled my character. Bottom Line - The management is disrespectful and expedited orders are no guarantee unless youre available to check email every 10 minutes, which they won't tell you or call you about, and the prices are very high. I'll finish with an email I just read during that day, sent to me about an hour after my approval of the logo. It said that the tshirt was only priced at ONE COLOR so just NOW after writing this I realize they failed to tell me my tshirt was only going to made in one color (not two like I had submitted) and were unable to choose for me. So I didn't get my money back because my submitted design was two colors and I was not told they would only make it in one color for me until after I spent 2 hours communicating with the company, agreed to a price, and left my computer to work on higher priorities. An email straight from the horse's mouth: (sent 11:49am, final price for 12 white shirts and single color print = $500) "we do not have art approval my art team has emailed twice and called we are down to about 2 hours I needed approval by 1130 for the price to remain the same. Unique Image was incredibly rude to me and extremely unprofessional, and trying to work with them was a bad experience. They printed my shirts incorrectly, then when I asked them to fix them they lied about what was said to me, even though I proved what they said to me through emails they'd sent, and they were unprofessional. On the phone they were rude, and over email I felt bullied and threatened into accepting the shirts that did not meet the specifications that THEY had laid out.
