I want to shout out the employee who helped me put a new SIM card in my loaner phone- I forget his name but he was very patient, attentive, and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you for all you do! read more

Below is from the report to the BBB. Initial Incident (3/14): I visited the store and worked with CSR Jose for 40 minutes regarding a three-line upgrade. Upon learning of a $150 in-store setup fee, I initially declined. Jose explicitly advised me that if I proceeded in-store, the $120 upgrade fee ($40/line) could be waived by calling Verizon Customer Service later. Relying on this professional advice, I completed the transaction. Follow-up (3/17): On 3/17, I called Verizon Customer Service and spoke with Dominic. He informed me that the fees could only be waived if the store provided a specific note on the account. I returned to the store at 7:30 PM (30 minutes before closing) with Dominic still on the line to witness the resolution. Unprofessional Conduct & Discrimination: The interaction with the employee on duty was unacceptable: Refusal to Assist: The employee refused to provide his name, refused to notate the account, and stated it was "not his problem." Hostility: He refused to speak with Dominic (the corporate representative on the phone) and walked away while I was speaking. Discriminatory Remarks: Most disturbingly, the employee told me I was "too old" and should have simply followed his instructions to return when Jose was available. Evidence: This entire interaction was overheard by Dominic on a recorded Verizon line. Dominic expressed shock at the employee's behavior and the blatant lack of professionalism. read more

First time ever calling this location to get some information on possibly upgrading to the iPhone 17 Pro Max with current promotions. Right after mentioning "discounts", I hear the click of the worker hanging up on me.... read more

Diego is amazing! I received a recommendation to come here. It was just in time. It was early evening when my phone's ability to make calls stopped working. I had an iPhone11 and I needed a new phone. Diego figuratively held my hand during the entire process. Purchased a new iphone16. I did have to return to store several times because my Hotmail wasn't loading. I'm still having issues with Gmail. However, Diego is a true professional. So thankful for his excellent customer service! read more

We wanted to move to Verizon and were said that if we port our numbers , the activation fee for the 2 devices will be waived off. But it never happened. We came back to the store and asked about it. They simply said they never said that. Worst response ever. Mobile protection plan was also added without our consent . That's 1 more $45 on our bill. The rep , did not update our address to Delaware address after adding my Virginia address temporarily. Total negligence . We're treated bad when asked when we asked about all these. Avoid taking any new connections from this store. Do not believe anything they say. read more

The customer service here always stinks. I work across the street from this Verizon so go here sometimes by default. Have been having issues since 2005. They are arrogant and never seem to help. I go to different locations whenever I can. Avoid unless this is your only option. read more

Be CAREFUL!! Unfortunately, Verizon has better cell service than other carriers. Unfortunately, the CUSTOMER service makes me consider competitors. I purchased a replacement phone today and I was lied to by the salesperson. I was told that "there is a new policy with Verizon that when you purchase a phone, you MUST purchase insurance for the phone. Afterwards, I would have the ability to cancel the insurance". I challenged the salesperson and somehow he was able to "override" the system. I called customer service and was told that this is NOT the policy. I asked if these were commissioned salespeople. I was told YES! Nough said.... read more

You wait the slot yhey don't show up They don't respond We now have outage for past 4 days and still no idea when they will fix ( Internet, tv, phone) Wish I could give negative ratings They are again on strike I believe read more

Ever wonder how such rude people can keep a store up and running when they clearly don't care about helping people with their phone service? Because they are more about the "clients" who pay good money for "services" their employees provide. Sketchy bunch. read more

I went in today to transfer services to Verizon. Zach was so helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Thank you for everything, I'll be sure to come back to this Verizon store for any future needs. read more

My mother and I came in to purchase new phones about 2 months ago. We were helped by Doug. He was truly amazing! He helped us choose which phones we should get and was very informative about the different phones (even convinced us to upgrade to a different phone). He helped us convert all our pictures, texts, and contacts over to our new phones. He even recommended a few apps we might enjoy. A few days later we brought my dad and he helped upgrade him too. He was just so helpful and nice. We definitely recommend this location and Doug is awesome! read more

If your idea of great customer service is four men standing around being unhelpful, then THIS is the place for you! One is paid to open the door. Another is paid to greet you. I went in to discontinue service. Lots of computer typing and staring at the screen for clues. They were blasting the music in the store as if it was a frat party. One employee is practically shouting at another customer to be heard over the music. Some training on how to treat paying customers needed. read more

Trying to get service on the phone you are in pre-recorded hell and can not get to a real person when you know you need on. The last tech out would not take the time to even trouble-shoot the tv picture that was the main I had called. Wanted to charge for a problem that started right after they installed the lines. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. After signing in they told me there was 1 person ahead of me, there were 4 employees & only 1 other customer besides me, the one employee helped the other customer while the other 3 employees stood around & did nothing. After waiting a half hour I asked how much longer I'd have to wait & I was told the same thing, there's 1 person ahead of you, I asked why I couldn't be helped by one of the other 3 employees and I was told they were busy when they were clearly doing nothing. In the end I waited 45 minutes for nothing and was treated very rudely during my wait. I will never step foot back in that store again & am ending my contract with Verizon immediately. read more
