There truly is something for everyone here--I came here with three friends and we all left with something. There are knick knacks/figurines for the house, jewelry, pillows, plushes, a small selection of clothes (coming soon I believe), embroidery pieces, totes, paintings, paper crafts--literally every kind of fiber art you can think of. They are all priced super well too (I'm from NYC so I'm used to the NYC hipster tax). I left with a jewelry box and a "botanical bottle" and I cannot stop obsessing over them. They had my ring for over a month & I called them & asked when my ring would be ready. Finally at the beginning of July & picked up my ring. I was driving home when the so called emerald that they replaced fell out of my ring. Called the immediately & they said to return the ring. I had the stone that fell out. Went back & the next day they called & said the ring was finished. I picked up the ring & noticed that one of the main emeralds had been removed & 2 very bad stones were replaced. I only needed on stone replace, which was low quality. I knew the original stone was taken out. I went to a very reputable jeweler & they told me that the stones were broken & they were glued in (should not be glued in a channel set ring). Beware if you bring in jewelry to be repaired. They are not REPUTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Again beware!!!

We stopped in to see if it could be done. Mr. Scott was friendly and gave us a lot of information. We showed him a picture of what we wanted and he said he could do it. We went over everything in detail, took measurements and he gave us a price. We agreed, and he told us it would take about 2 weeks. We were there over an hour, probably closer to 1.5 hours. He also mentioned he believed in being open from sun up to sun down. We were happily surprised when he called a week later to say it was ready and gave us the hours he was open on Saturday. We went to pick it up Saturday morning and he wasn't even there. His assistant showed us our piece which was not at all what we discussed or ordered. We left it with the assistant who called him and said he would be back later. We went back later in the afternoon when he finally got there and we were just going to get our original back and leave but he said he could do this. However, he had no apology or explanation why it was wrong. We should have left then, especially when he didn't apologize, but we had already invested so much time into this order. We then went over everything again for the second time. We left, and heard nothing for 2.5 weeks. RJ texted him to see what was going on and he responded that he didn't like this second order and was going to meet with another jeweler and he would get back to us. What? Why did he say he could do this if he couldn't?? RJ said if this was too much we could go elsewhere and Mr. Scott responded that he could get this done. A week later we still heard nothing, so RJ texted him he was coming to get the original item the next day. He went to pick it up and Mr. Scott didn't know where the setting was. He did find it and mail it back a few days later. No apologies or explanations as to why he wasted almost 6 weeks of our time when he should have told us no he couldn't do it from the very beginning. The price of what we were trying to do has increased over those 6 weeks so now it's costing more than it would have 6 weeks ago if we had not tried to go local and wasted our time. What a nightmare.
