Went back & the next day they called & said the ring was finished. I picked up the ring & noticed that one of the main emeralds had been removed & 2 very bad stones were replaced. I only needed on stone replace, which was low quality. I knew the original stone was taken out. I went to a very reputable jeweler & they told me that the stones were broken & they were glued in (should not be glued in a channel set ring). Beware if you bring in jewelry to be repaired. I worked with Craig and his associates for2 weeks sourcing diamonds for an engagement ring…read more Unfortunately Craig lost out on a $10,500 sale since he said he was going on a business trip and the diamonds we discussed are no longer available. Clearly my special day with my wife was not as important as a trip and Craig hastily dismissed me via email and lacked the professionalism to pick up the phone and speak to me. As an FYI for potential shoppers here, the diamond market is veiled and very liquid. Prices and availability are always changing. It is to be expected that if you want more then a few days, diamonds may go out of stock. Thankfully, more diamonds are always becoming available particularly lab grown diamonds. Once the 3 diamonds discussed with Whitten's went "out of stock" there was no attempt to earn my business by simply shopping around with diamond dealers for another day or two despite my vocal intentions to make a purchase. Unfortunately Whitten's Fine Jewelry did not live up to their reputation and likely with business practices such as this will likely not survive the recession of 2023. They have no intention of earning a client's business, likely because most of their shoppers naïveté.

The problem: neither watch worked for ver long. Over a short period of time of non use I coud actually see parts of the internal mechanism rolling around inside btwn the glass and the face of the watch. The most expensive one, the rubber ( not leather) wristband broke. I took it to a jewler for repair and was told that the band "was not" replaceable. I contacted Invicta and was told that the info i received was correct. I asked " so the watch's longevity or usefulness depended on the longevity of the wristband" that was neither repairable or replaceable. The service person said Yes. So I am the angry owner of 3 pos that doesn't work and with no way of getting them to work. No jewler will touch my watches. Do yourself a favor: YES THEY LOOK GOOD: But stay away from INVICTA watches.
