I just replaced a watch battery there, but they were very professional, kind and efficient.

Abigail at Benari was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely attentive, efficient, and had an amazing attitude. Absolutely recommend for jewelry needs! Great experience! read more

I called ahead of time to make a 10am appointment for a Saturday since I was bringing my young child with. I was reassured that an appointment was not needed, just come right when they open at 10am and we would be helped no problem. When we arrived we were rushed through looking at band options and then told to go home to look at the customizing website. We wanted to purchase today. I wanted my current band resized. The associate could not help since she had an appointment to attend to. Another associate was supposed to help us. We were never helped so I left. Very disappointing experience read more

Favorite jeweler. Bought wedding rings, earrings and David Yurman pieces over the years. Quality diamonds and great customer service.

I have two children who shopped for engagement rings and wedding bands here. I've worked with them to rebuild my 28 year old engagement ring when it was too worn to wear any longer. They go above and beyond to offer and explain options. They worked to get estimates for me on repairs and creating a custom pendant from broken/old items. They have a plan that allows payment options with no interest if paid within the timeframe: A credit check is required. . The staff is made up of a smaller core group - most have been there quite a few years. They are patient and extremely thorough. Excellent customer service top to bottom. If you'd like a referral- ask for ***Abby S.***!!! What a wealth of knowledge! She's worked with us on all of the tasks I mentioned above. She is available to text when you're setting up an appointment, if you have questions etc. read more

I have been a customer of Leon's(before Benari's) for over 20+ years. I have worked with several top tenured sales representatives throughout. Both Barry (retired) and Joel have been wonderful and transparent in every transaction. I have purchased quite a few watches(myself) and diamond gifts for my wife. But seriously, I trust them and to say this in the day of social media, I have to stick to this endorsement. Please talk to Joel. All the Best, Toph read more

I have been a customer of Benari's for years. I have purchased jewelry, obtained appraisals and have had our watches serviced here. Recently I worked with Sheila, resetting my 30 year old engagement ring. She was so helpful and thoughtful helping me with a custom setting, combining my original diamond with two from my mother's wedding band. She also found me the perfect new wedding band to compliment my new engagement ring. Throughout the whole process she was attentive and helpful. The process was really special for me and I appreciate her help! read more

We had a wonderful experience at Benari's Jewelers in Exton recently. They are all about great service. Claire helped us find the perfect gift for our granddaughter. She is thrilled with her beautiful new necklace and it is something she will wear for many years to come. We appreciate Claire's caring and expertise in helping us find the perfect gift. She is a pleasure to work with. I also had them add a bit of gold to the inside of a ring that couldn't be resized due to the design so it would fit better. Excellent job. read more

Purchased a David Yurman ring, and had my engagement ring (groom) replaced with one two sizes larger for $60. Great service!

After going to countless jewelers looking for the perfect engagement ring, I found Benari. They made me feel like family and helped me pick out the perfect setting. I couldn't recommend checking them any more! read more

Benari Jewelers - Watches Near Me - Exton, Pennsylvania

Words cannot express how special Harold (Main Street Exton location) made our trip to Benari. My partner and I both have very little knowledge about jewelry, but we wanted to begin shopping for an engagement ring and wedding bands. Harold listen to our ideas (for slightly unconventional rings!) and provided the most excellent suggestions. He was kind, patient, and excited with us as we started this very fun phase of our relationship. We couldn't recommend Benari more to anyone looking for engagement/wedding rings. read more

Made my first purchase at Benari, and all I can say is wow, what an experience! Debbie was super awesome and made my shopping experience a blast! She is thoughtful, attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to help her clients. I will definitely be back to see her. If you are looking for high quality jewelry, watches, bracelets, etc. definitely check out Benari and go see Debbie. She is absolutely the best! read more

Went in to resize my three-year-old engagement ring. Found all the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. I was advised not to resize it but rather contact the original seller, because the ring had already apparently been resized. I appreciated their honesty, but left it with them for a cleaning anyway. When I returned to pick it up, they had it looking as good as new and refused to charge me for it. Abby was absolutely lovely and even fitted a small metal ring guard on for me as a temporary solution. Definitely going back for future jewelry needs! read more

My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings yesterday and We had the the most amazing experience. Abbey was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient and extremely knowledgeable. We were going to shop around but decided to go with Benari in Exton because of our overall experience. Highly recommend! read more

Outstanding customer service. Joel Cohen has done an amazing job helping me buy everything from diamond earrings to high end watches. He always goes the extra mile and looks out for me as if I were a personal friend. I will be a repeat customer for life. read more

I have taken several items to Benari's in Exton for repair and was always satisfied. My Brighton repairs were treated with the same care as an adjustment for an antique rose gold bracelet. My fiancé and I also came to this store for my engagement ring, which we ended up having custom made. Paul and the rest of the team were fantastic. We will be coming back for our wedding rings and I do have another bracelet I need to bring in for a little TLC. My mom lives in WV but still brings her jewelry to this store for repairs and plating. A true gem. Thank you! read more

The customer service, knowledge, and overall experience at Benari is second to none, especially Joel Cohen. I have purchased multiple timepieces from Benari, and have referred multiple family members and friends for wedding bands and other jewelry. Benari is my first and only stop for high end jewelry and watches because of Joel's top quality service and helpfulness. He has always gone above an beyond to make sure everything is up to par. I actually travel from out of state to Benari for these purchases because of the trust I have in Joel and the rest of the staff. Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer many times over. read more

Benari jewelers are really nice. I have had several items repaired and resized. A great place to shop.

They were very quick and courteous when I walked into their Exton store. Efficient and helpful...refreshing customer service these days. The store itself is high end and definitely has a luxury atmosphere. read more

A coworker recommended this store when I had an issue with my rings. They were able to assist me quickly and the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me figure out a solution to my problem and I left there with a huge weight off my back. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

We went into the store to look at engagement rings and could not have had a better experience. Abbey was patient, respectful of social distancing, and so helpful! The store went above and beyond to make people feel safe with several hand sanitizer options. read more

After posting my experience I was contacted by the store. The gentleman listened to my complaints and realized that there was a problem and fixed it. I must say this store was very quick to respond after posting and I do appreciate them listening and fixing the problem. read more

Great group of people and really went out of their way to find me what I was looking for.

We worked with Barry to design my custom engagement ring. He was knowledgable and helpful. He listened carefully and waited patiently while I selected the elements of my dream engagement ring. We had a fabulous experience at Benari! read more

I felt kind of profiled as an older woman that I just did'nt have enough money to shop there. Not too nice. ):

I can't recommend Benari's Exton location any higher. Their customer service is phenomenal, Ron in particular. We had a less than pleasant experience at the Newtown Square location and we were referred to their Exton branch. Its like night and day. I almost gave up on Benari, but I'm glad that we were able to get everything resolved. From now on, I will ONLY be going to Benari for any of our jewelry related needs! read more

I'm investigating Benari to see what kind of feedback they have received before committing to a purchase there. Its nteresting reading the reviews here. I have gone into many stores where I was ignored. At first, I though it was that I was too young, then as years went by, I thought I was too short or did not look wealthy enough. Now I'm thinking I'm looking too old. Always a problem for me, but I do have to say, I did get attention here at Benari when I went in there to browse last week for a Birthday gift for my wife. They were quite helpful and no pressure. It's been my best experience in this current quest for a gift after going to four different jewelers so far. Most important thing I see here with the reviews here on Benari, is that the store management has taken the time to follow up on the few unsatisfactory reviews they have received. That shows integrity and the desire to hold customers and not just go for the quick hit. I've not yet made a purchase, but Benari is high on my list. read more

Overrated. Overpriced. Unhappy male employee behind the counter. Went in and the older gentleman behind the counter was either unhappy about the fact that with a loose stone that just needed a setting his profit wasn't high enough or he is permanently sarcastic and miserable. Will never be back. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Benari's Exton location -- and Joel Cohen in particular -- are excellent. Of all the places I visited to look for engagement rings, Benari stood out because Joel was so patient, so easy to work with, and so educational. He is what any jewelry store salesperson ought to be. Numerous times, Joel made recommendations that were counter to his financial interest. He helped me navigate the complexities of engagement rings and helped me discern what was worth paying for and what wasn't. The store's selection is good and Joel helped me order what I needed when there was a piece the store didn't carry. When it was time for wedding bands, there was no question we were going straight back to Joel and Benari. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Every experience I have had at Benari has been absolutely excellent, and that is directly due to Helen. Helen has yet to "sell" me anything, every time I go in she helps me find something in my price range with no pressure to go outside of it, she also helps me get the most for what I can afford. Without her my engagement process would have been a nightmare, she helped me find an absolutely beautiful diamond and setting to boot. I will continue to shop at Benari as long as I can, great customer service and excellent products. read more

I went to Benari to purchase a watch, I had an incredible experience! Helen was my sales rep, and she provided an excellent customer experience. Whatever you jewelry needs may be, Helen and Benari are a winning combination! read more

Joel was tremendous in helping me acquire a new, hard to find watch. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and the transaction was seamless. I will be back! read more

Great jeweler onsite and very knowledgeable (and honest) staff. Straightforward pricing and easy to work with for every transaction. Can be a little more expensive than an online retailer, but this is a high quality store (which warrants that price tag). Very customer oriented. read more

After having lost my much loved engagement ring and wedding band, I selected Benari Exton to handle replacing the irreplaceable. Wow. Walked through the entire store and was not acknowledged by a single staff member. I was in jeans and work boots. Maybe they didn't want to waste time on the 2500$ budget that I have. I'll go some place that is happy to take my money. read more

Excellent service. I had an issue with a previous sale and the manager Helen went above and beyond to get in touch with me. She kept in touch with me over a few weeks and found a diamond that we couldn't turn down. Amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone read more

Bernari Jewelers is one of the best jewelers we have come across. From the moment we walked in it has always been a pleasant experience. Helen Curran our sales associate is not just our jeweler but has become a very good friend. She has always been very pleasant and patient. There has not been a time where we left unhappy about our experience or purchase at Benari. Helen is very trusting and honest and will not steer you wrong on a purchase just to make a sale. She gives her honest opinion. Benari Jewlers is highly recommended by my husband and myself. Any further purchase we may have, will always be with Benari Jewelers! read more

Relative to my location, Benari is the closest independent Authorized Dealer of Ball Watches. Before driving 2 hours to browse, I called ahead to see if they had the model I was interested in. They had the model in stock, but not my first choice in dial color. They conveniently made arrangements to order in the exact model and color of interest. When it arrived, not only did we purchase the Ball, but we also purchased another watch at the same time. We had and enjoyable and friendly shopping experience. The customer service was outstanding! read more

My fiancé got my engagement ring from Benari and I cannot even begin to tell you the level of service we got here! The only reason why I know what happened behind the scenes is because my fiancé (bless him for this) videotaped the whole thing. Joel Cohen, our jeweler, went above and beyond by not only helping my fiancé to create a very memorable video but he was able to create a one of kind custom diamond engagement ring from a short 10 second video my fiancé showed him. Joel created a 3D computer aided drawing of the ring and kept working on it until it was absolutely perfect! Not only did I get an awesome video with the two of them planning, plotting, and preparing for the big surprise, and an unbelievable one of a kind custom made ring, but Joel was able to pull all of this off in less than a month!! I had to thank Joel in person after the proposal because honestly after watching the video (and crying tears of joy throughout the whole thing) I had to thank the one jeweler out of the 4 jewelers my fiancé went to, that could pull off this huge task. No one else even attempted to make a custom ring. Everyone else just coldly dismissed my fiancé and said "Sorry that's not something we can do". Buying an engagement ring is so much more than just looking into a glass case and picking out just any ring...you are buying a once in a lifetime experience and Joel Cohen at Benari Jewelry gave us that moment, for that I will always be grateful!! Save yourself a headache and just go straight to Benari's and ask for Joel...he will take great care of you! read more

I've been a customer of Helen's at Benari Jewelers for over 10 years, and have bought several birthday, Xmas and anniversary gifts for my wife. They have a very broad inventory, work with me to customize or order pieces when necessary and are very knowledgeable. When Helen is not available, I work with Barry, and always feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I've experienced their after sales support, such as when I've lost a piece and needed a valuation, or a repair/polishing and it is excellent. I often visit the store to explore new merchandise, and either Helen or Barry always takes the time with me, even if I'm only window shopping. The store is large, well lit, and clearly emphasizes top quality. They take the time to note pieces I've reviewed in the past, and have developed a good sense of my tastes and wishlists. My wife is also a customer and likewise feels respected and valued, and enjoys her experience. Highly recommend. read more
