So I have a crystal 3-D printed necklace You know the kind with your loved one's picture engraved in it and the clasp that holds the Crystal onto the string became detached On three different occasions I tried to reattach the clasp myself using various glues from the local hardware store which of course didn't work so I began Careering the crystal in my pocket. While stopping for my morning coffee I noticed ANEMONI JEWELERS And wondered if this was something they could repair for me? Now you have to understand this is about $35 necklace Not some expensive piece of jewelry that someone would normally have worked on so I was completely expecting the jeweler to tell me there's nothing they could do and it's not worth fixing. Upon entering this beautiful jewelry store The associate Immediately greeted me she was very pleasant and friendly she took the necklace over to the jeweler explained to him what wanted done ,He then took the time to come over and talk to me personally about the repair I wanted done to the necklace. When I explained I didn't think it would be worth his time to repair being a $35 trinket his exact words were to me were " IF ITS IMPORTANT TO YOU... THEN ITS IMPORTANT TO US ! ". none of them knew at the time the necklace I asked them to work on was actually a 3-D image of my teenage daughter who was killed in a fatal Car accident And Even though The necklace had no real cash value, it was actually one of my most prized possessions and I wore it every day.ANEMONI JEWELERS Immediately repaired my necklace (for less then the cost of glue from the hardware store) and I'm happy to say it is back around my neck where it belongs and hopefully will stay til the day I die Thank You Thank You Thank You ANEMONI JEWELERS A place where their philosophy in business is " IF IT'S IMPORTANT TO YOU.... THEN IT'S IMPORTANT TO US"

I worked with Craig and his associates for2 weeks sourcing diamonds for an engagement ring…read more Unfortunately Craig lost out on a $10,500 sale since he said he was going on a business trip and the diamonds we discussed are no longer available. Clearly my special day with my wife was not as important as a trip and Craig hastily dismissed me via email and lacked the professionalism to pick up the phone and speak to me. As an FYI for potential shoppers here, the diamond market is veiled and very liquid. Prices and availability are always changing. It is to be expected that if you want more then a few days, diamonds may go out of stock. Thankfully, more diamonds are always becoming available particularly lab grown diamonds. Once the 3 diamonds discussed with Whitten's went "out of stock" there was no attempt to earn my business by simply shopping around with diamond dealers for another day or two despite my vocal intentions to make a purchase. Unfortunately Whitten's Fine Jewelry did not live up to their reputation and likely with business practices such as this will likely not survive the recession of 2023. They have no intention of earning a client's business, likely because most of their shoppers naïveté.

After shopping around several jewelry stores for an engagement ring, none quite seemed to match the…read morequality and caliber of AR Morris. I found the staff to be the most trustworthy and knowledgeable of any jewelry store that I had visited (after all, the staff has Gemological Institute of America [GIA] graduates), and they took the time to explain everything important about making an educated diamond purchase, in terms that I clearly understood. AR Morris had a plethora of cubic zirconia sample rings in the store's beautiful display cabinets, which illustrated different design variations; this was especially helpful, considering they have the capabilities to custom design anything at all under the sun. When it came time to pick an actual diamond, they showed me stones of varying clarity, color, size and shape, side-by-side, helping me to determine what combo gave me the biggest bang for my budget. The staff encouraged me to see the stone under a microscope to substantiate the corresponding certification and ensure I wouldn't be paying unnecessarily for characteristics that cannot even be detected with the naked eye. I felt AR Morris had my best interest in mind the whole time. They stuck to my budget and they created the perfect, high quality, custom-designed ring that I was seeking for my fiancé. I highly recommend AR Morris for your jewelry needs--you won't regret it!
