Turns out they want to charge us $100. Whatever. When my wife went to go back after another week of waiting for it to be fixed, they shut the door on her as they were closing and said sorry, everything's locked up. A short time after he went to work finding the highest quality diamond possible. When we met in person, he narrowed down the choices to 3 quality diamonds. He explained to me the pros and cons of each one and he own recommendation. From doing my own research prior, my choice was in line with his so I chose the recommended diamond. After the diamond selection, he showed me the final graphic of how the ring would look, less the custom engraving that I requested. I was happy with the design so we moved forward.
