No one ever mentioned any issue, offered an apology just left me hanging with a charge for a very expensive rug. Would never shop with them again, overpriced, no customer service, treated poorly by everyone in store like I was an inconvenience after spending hours picking out a rug. I purchased multiple flooring types from them previously and was happy but this time was horrendous. Will never return.

We were told to contact the manufacturer (isn't that their job?) and ask if it could be made in a custom size. I learned it could be customized but I had to get a retail store to order it. I called Persia's Carpet Plus hoping to give them the info over the phone and was told I had to come in to place an order. So I took my lunch break the next day to drive out there. When I got there the guy wrote down my information and said "I'll call you." I told him I needed to place the order and didn't want to have to drive back out there. He got all pissy with me saying I showed up at lunch time and he needed to eat and he wasn't going to be pressured into calling right then; that he'd call on his schedule and get back to me. I tried to explain that it was a 30 minute drive for me and if all they were going to do was take my info it would have been nice if they had done that over the phone. Could he please just call while I was there so I didn't have to come back. He wanted no part of it and wouldn't help me (even though the women working there was trying to get him to just make the phone call). I finally told him I would just find a different retail store to help me. In ten minutes I found a store in New Castle, called them, explained what I needed and got a call back with a price. If you feel the need to practice managing your stress level in the face of adversity, talk to these guys. If you want to actually purchase something - go somewhere else.

Have reached out to Value City corporate and BBB. I should have read these reviews before even walking in the door as they are totally accurate and consistent for the lies and poor service.

After multiple calls to their customer service, with conflicting information as to what happened, American Signature Furniture agreed to cancel the order for the dining set and refund my card within 5-7 business days. After two weeks I had still not received a refund and had to resolve the issue by disputing the credit card charge with Visa. As to the sectional, there was a seven week delay from order until delivery. Half of the sofa was delivered and then American Signature Furniture rescheduled delivery for the rest of the sectional at least four times over the course of two weeks. In summary, American Signature Furniture charges premium prices for long lead times on furniture that won't be delivered on time, if at all. I'd avoid this company entirely.
