Staff was super friendly and a technician came out to me in a matter of days explaining everything that was wrong (it fried itself), what our next steps that will be taken, parts that'll be ordered, and of course payment. With snow imploding on our next visit I was kept updated on all the things and options to change my appt date. I love that they call 30 minutes before arriving. They offered a warranty that is the topping on a great experience. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for great service, amazing communication and quality work. I was pleased to have the technician call me, on site, and explain in some detail the cause of the failure and the effect of the failure. In the process, I learned features of the dishwasher I was not aware of. There is a safety feature monitoring the overflow pan and my dishwasher fill valve leaked causing the the washer to eventually overflow to the pan. A part was ordered and a week later all was well.

County Appliance is one of those hidden gem companies that you're lucky to find. I've had them…read moreservice both my stackable washer/dryer (when something got tangled) and my refrigerator (when it stopped cooling/freezing), and both times they not only fixed the problem, they left me raving about how great they are. My fridge was giving an error code that I thought was "freezer fan" so they ordered me a new part before coming out to fix it. When the service tech came out, he ended up diagnosing that the fridge got switched into demo/store mode and it wasn't the freezer fan at all. Which lowered my bill to a simple trip charge! Honest pricing and reliable service will keep me as a loyal customer to County Appliance until the day I die. I highly recommend them to anybody needing help with their appliances. Thank you again County Appliance for the exceptional service and for your expertise.

After waiting around all day, had a 3pm time on the online message eventually and the lady said we were assigned to a tech. Then it moved to 4pm. At 5pm, it moved back to 8am-5pm. By 5:30pm I was able to get around the chat bots in customer service to talk to an overseas customer service that informed me our tech wouldn't be coming and they wanted to reschedule. Don't waste your time with this company, they don't communicate, you can't get ahold of real people, and the service is non-existent.

The technician called during the 1.5 hours saying he would be at our house in 10 minutes and he was. Prior to entering the house, he put on shoe booties. Daniel Hayward was professional, knowledgeable and showed me the issue with my five year old LG washer. He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79. Once more he showed me the issue and promptly completed the repair. I was very pleased and would recommend him to others.

It's been over a week and we made 5- 6 phone calls to find out when the parts will be delivered to our house and no one called us back with delivery info. I had to drive to their business address (108 Commons Ct, Chadds Ford, PA) and I spoke to Br who stated the parts were never ordered. Br immediately ordered the parts. Fr's boss, (856) 727-0098, promised us a 25% discount because of all of our problems. Mr Appliance is a bad joke run by clowns and they have no consideration for the customer. The only good news is the technicians were outstanding. Suggestion, fire management and let the technicians run the company.

He cleaned my pool beautifully, but it was also supposed to be leveled. I was given excuses by him why it was not leveled. It never did get leveled. I was also persuaded by him into being given an estimate for a different project and I paid $100.00 for just the estimate. The other project work was too expensive so I never got it done, but I was still out the $100. All together, I paid Roosevelt $640.00. My above ground pool was cleaned, but that is a lot of money for pool cleaning. I am just too naive. Nice guy, but over charges and tries to upsell. Next time, I will clean the pool myself and save $640.00.
