In the process, I learned features of the dishwasher I was not aware of. First there was no water flow and I was able to fix that when I was in town. Then it started overflowing and not making ice. I thought I addressed the problem when I was there, but it kept happening. My tenants brought this to our attention on a Friday evening and I left messages with multiple places that night. Stan's got back to me on Sunday with a Monday appointment. The service charge was around $85-$90 (honestly can't remember with all the calls I made). They came out and did some troubleshooting to see if that worked before replacing a part. They could've easily said I needed a new water valve since I don't live in state, but they didn't. Then they called my tenant every 2 days for a week to make sure the repair was holding up. I have had so issues with companies that I have recently hired for things on our rental, so it was so nice knowing that this was handled past my expectations. The quote to do the repair was higher than I expected, but I'm sure it's in line with industry standards. Stan's will be my first call for appliance repair if ever needed.

While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79. The home warranty company scheduled appointments that were not even possible for 123 Appliance Repair to uphold since they were waiting for the needed part to be delivered. The technician was quick to set up an appointment once the part arrived. I was able to maintain communication with the technician at all times. I would absolutely recommend this company to complete any other home repairs that I may need in the future. I have had two appointments that were set up through my home warranty company and your company was a no show for both of them. Your company has been impossible to get in touch with. i have called, left messages (when actually able to), other times the phone did a quick ring and disconnected, emailed, and had the warranty company reach out to you. When the warranty company can't get in touch with you there is a serious problem. After spending TWO HOURS on the phone with the warranty company and a total of 10 hours at my house waiting for your employee to show up as contracted I know that that issue has been with your services. My claim has already been approved, so after reading your responses on other posts please do not say that my claim was not approved. I find your business to be border line fraudulent at this point.
