The service charge was around $85-$90 (honestly can't remember with all the calls I made). They came out and did some troubleshooting to see if that worked before replacing a part. They could've easily said I needed a new water valve since I don't live in state, but they didn't. Then they called my tenant every 2 days for a week to make sure the repair was holding up. I have had so issues with companies that I have recently hired for things on our rental, so it was so nice knowing that this was handled past my expectations.
