With snow imploding on our next visit I was kept updated on all the things and options to change my appt date. I love that they call 30 minutes before arriving. The technician called during the 1.5 hours saying he would be at our house in 10 minutes and he was. Prior to entering the house, he put on shoe booties. Daniel Hayward was professional, knowledgeable and showed me the issue with my five year old LG washer. He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. Once more he showed me the issue and promptly completed the repair. I was very pleased and would recommend him to others.
