Better Business Bureau rating for @your service.

So let me tell you about these jerks. Besides the fact that the appliance repair techs cannot fix appliances, the woman who takes the initial call and coordinates the rest of the work is the biggest bitch I have ever had to deal with. She will not work with you on the date/time for scheduling the appointment saying that they don't coordinate times with clients. Instead they tell you when they'll be there (on the day of no less) and we're supposed to make it work as if we don't have jobs and schedules to keep. Not only that, after you make the first call complaining that your appliance isn't working but is under warranty, you don't even get a phone call to coordinate the visit but instead you receive what looks like a random text from a spammer and the text uses the phrase "reminder your appointment is scheduled on [enter date] and you will find out the time the tech will be there on the day of" as if I had already agreed to a date and time, and they were providing a reminder, despite that it was the first communication ever received. It was very clear that their game is to take advantage of the warranty provider. The tech came into my home, took one look at the failed ice maker inside my refrigerator and, without touching a thing, declared that I needed an entirely new ice maker and that the existing one could not be repaired. He didn't pull anything apart or plug in a computer to check for a repair code or anything. All he cared about was that he could get a brand new icemaker paid for by my warranty provider so he decided that was what needed to be done. It was not what needed to be done. He left here saying that he would order a new icemaker and somewhere around four weeks later they showed up to install the new icemaker and it still did not work. Next they determined that the refrigerator needed a new computer board and once again we were in for a four week wait for the part to come in. When trying to coordinate the next visit, the woman who manages their schedules became even more difficult to work with if you can believe it. I finally had enough and called the appliance store where I purchased the refrigerator and the manager told me that they no longer work with @your service because they are so difficult to work with and they receive nonstop customer complaints about them (we were forced to use them under the warranty). At that point I looked up their online reviews and saw that all they had were negative reviews from unhappy customers, and you should see the list of complaints on the Better Business Bureau website about them. This woman continued to be nasty and argumentative and so I told her that I now understood all of the negative reviews and complaints about them, and her text response was a screen full of laughing emojis. Now what kind of a business sends laughing emojis to their customers? I have never encountered such an unprofessional business. It was then that I called the appliance store back where we purchased the refrigerator and told the manager that I did not want those people back in my home and to please find me a different appliance repair company to work with. They then referred me to Mr Appliance and a wonderful tech named Augustine showed up and told us that we did not need a new computer board and the fix was very simple. He repaired it in less than 20 minutes and we've had no issues since. I suggest you reach out to Mr Appliance if you're looking for a repair rather than @your service. @your service was unable to get the unit working after multiple visits and created problems where there were none in order to steal from the warranty provider.

They were sent to us for a recall on a part from our whirlpool dishwasher. The tech was sloppy, damaged our counter and left the old part on our kitchen counter along with. "Extra" screws. Just say no

Poor after sales experience…read more Hawkins was recommended by my cabinet designer so that is where we went with our drawings to pick out appliances. Having no experience with down drafts, blowers and how they are installed,we ordered what was recommended to us. Come to find out after the blower was delivered that there are various options for blowers that would be compatible with the down draft for various installations, some with 10" ducts and external installations, and some with 8" ducts for internal installations. No questions about installation were ever asked by the salesman. I have 8" joists in the basement, making the installation of the considerably more expensive 10" external blower almost impossible. Not to mention the extensive cutting of the block wall in the basement that would be required. Tried to do a return of the 10" blower and was told this is not possible? What?!?!? The only solutions offered were that they could try and sell it on consignment and take a commission, or try and sell it myself on FB market place. So I had to purchase another blower to complete my kitchen renovation and am now stuck with trying to sell the 10" blower to try and recoup some of my money.

They were very polite, diagnosed issues efficiently, and worked efficiently. They were very patient with my hectic schedule, including when bus delays held me up coming from where I work, and left me with vital knowledge (I knew there were issues with the vents, but not that it was a total blockage and that the hose had burst in two places - this is a building management issue and a fire hazard). Now, the dryer works very well and once the battle with building management is over, the dryer will be a breeze to use, instead of acting as if a small breeze could dry my clothes. Thank you so much!

The technician diagnosed a bad control board, fan, and relay, and I moved forward with the recommended repairs. Unfortunately, even after a second visit, the issue wasn't resolved. That said, when I called to discuss it, they immediately offered a refund for all parts, taxes, and the diagnostic fee -- no pushback, no excuses. That level of professionalism and accountability really impressed me. While the repair didn't fix the problem, they stood behind their work and made it right. Because of how responsibly they handled the situation, I would highly recommend their services.

He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred.
