Our wall oven kept giving an error that a temperature probe was connected but there wasn't and it prevented the oven from heating. We had this same issue when we moved in and called a major company, but this issue wasn't fixed and they didn't install the oven in its place properly or even screw it back into the housing. I asked a neighborhood forum that I'm a member of for recommendations and overwhelmingly, Nick was suggested. I reached out to him. When Nick got back to me I explained our situation that we're in another state and the home is vacant. Other companies wouldn't even schedule us because they wouldn't take on the risk. However, Nick wears a camera for liability but also called me at the start and end of the appointment. Nick is also able to work on Bosch appliances whereas other companies were not able to. He came out within two days - it wasn't urgent and we didn't need to use the oven so we told him to push us out. Nick and Pannell's Appliance Repair is also up to date with accepting payment options and has a digital receipt option which is perfect for us to beat the mail, especially with delays from COVID. I don't have much family left in the area but all of them have my recommendation for Pannell's Appliance Repair!

He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79. Once more he showed me the issue and promptly completed the repair. I was very pleased and would recommend him to others.
