From Google: I just…read morefinished working with TigAlex for my dryer repair (Frigidaire). I could not be more pleased. They were very polite, diagnosed issues efficiently, and worked efficiently. They were very patient with my hectic schedule, including when bus delays held me up coming from where I work, and left me with vital knowledge (I knew there were issues with the vents, but not that it was a total blockage and that the hose had burst in two places - this is a building management issue and a fire hazard). Now, the dryer works very well and once the battle with building management is over, the dryer will be a breeze to use, instead of acting as if a small breeze could dry my clothes. Thank you so much!

The technician diagnosed a bad control board, fan, and relay, and I moved forward with the recommended repairs. Unfortunately, even after a second visit, the issue wasn't resolved. That said, when I called to discuss it, they immediately offered a refund for all parts, taxes, and the diagnostic fee -- no pushback, no excuses. That level of professionalism and accountability really impressed me. While the repair didn't fix the problem, they stood behind their work and made it right. Because of how responsibly they handled the situation, I would highly recommend their services.

What a great customer experience I had. At DVA, I purchased a larger microwave for less than Home Depot's price, including installation and 5 year warranty. The warranty with DVA starts when the 1 year manufacturer's warranty expires, 6 years total. Unlike HD, which piggy backs the first year of their extended warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty, so you're actually buying only a 4 year warranty. So, you want your $150 extended coverage to last for 4 or 6 years? Same price. Buying a large appliance today is a nightmare. After weeks of research, it was great to have the purchase and installation go so smoothly with DVA. Home Depot outsources the installation of appliances with poorly\not trained people and they didn't know how to install the microwave I purchased (over the range), and HD just threw up their hands and said, "It's a third party and we have nothing to do with them". Yeah, and it cost them a microwave purchase ($600) and any future appliance purchases ($1,500). We are definitely going to DVA for our new dishwasher. Also, let's support our local businesses, you might discover, as I did, a much better shopping experience than in the big chain stores. Thanks for reading. PS... I returned this microwave to HD, not because I didn't like it, it never left the box, but because the installers couldn't install it. But for some reason, HD decided to keep $41 of my refund. Probably to cover the administrative costs of their failure. What I do regret is that the kind and knowledgeable women who sold it to us may lose her commission.
