From the ground, you could tell they did something but 2 years later we had our roof replaced. When the contractors were showing us pictures of the roof, I noticed the big cracked piece of concrete at the top was the same as it was. The new masons we spoke to (we got 3 quotes), all told us that they didn't think the work was ever done even though I paid for it and now we had to have the chimney rebuilt from almost the halfway point on up. When we called Fire-Free, we first denied doing the job. Once I showed them the invoice the owner said they would redo their work if we wanted to wait 8 to 9 months.
