Phoenix Security is a family owned, local business, they have a national reach, but truly have roots in the Delco and Tri-State area. The owner is amazing, the office staff has always been helpful, and the installers were quick, clean and efficient. I cannot say enough great things about Phoenix. They secure my home, my vacation home and business. Unlike larger national companies, you're not renting equipment or paying weird random fees. The pricing is clear and I was informed you can build off the systems as you go. It's really something that can grow with you.

They are prompt, courteous and technically proficient in diagnosing an issue, and solving it. If they can't fix it, they tell you and don't waste your time and money. Whenever I purchase a new laptop I walk over to their shop and have them prepare it for use. They make sure everything works and that is has the software needed for security, while recommending other options without installing them in advance. Honorable. So prefer going there than out to see the Geeks in that big box.
