    came to this store to have my phone repaired and also to look at purchasing a phone. The experience…read morewas extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The man working there (very thin, around 50 years old, with a black beard) first told me to leave the store so he could pray during business hours, which was already inappropriate. During the time he was repairing my phone, he made repeated comments with a sexual undertone and behaved in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, he sold me what turned out to be a fake Chinese iPhone and replaced my original screen with a very cheap low-quality one (around $13 value)for 170 $ When I later asked for a refund after discovering the phone was fake, he denied ever selling it to me. When I tried to address the issue, he started yelling aggressively and behaving in a completely unstable manner, so I had no choice but to leave. I reported this place to right departments

And…read morebeing too lazy to redownload all my apps and signins I decided to have my cracked screen replaced here instead of using insurance....BIG MISTAKE! I'm out $100 and still have a broken phone just in a new place. Not to mention when I got my phone back from " being reapired" the speaker had mysteriously blown then less then a week later my $100 new screen and glass just comes unglued and falls completely out breaking the connection to phone. Go back and he begins to say it structural and not covered..B.S.- lousy workmanship! Ps. Phone has been in a shockproof case since replacement, plus I didn't drop it, it just popped out! Unimpressed and disappointed!

    I have never written a negative review before. Yet, I felt it was important for people to be aware…read moreof ATT and their manager in the King of Prussia, PA location. The manager Waheed is heartless, disrespectful, and mean. I came in with an issue with my elderly mother unable to reactivate her phone. I explained the following issues: - My mother doesn't remember her passcode since she is having memory problems. - Her phone is broken which otherwise could be used to send an ATT verifying text. - Her driver's license has expired in 2022 since she has not be able to drive since then. - The ATT system which I learned from visiting another retail store will take not the expired ID. - The email attached to the account for verification, is not recognizable by her or anyone in the family. I also shared that when I called customer service, they said to go to a retail store. Initially, I went to a retail store in Wayne. The employee was compassionate and tried very hard to help me but the system would not allow him into the account giving the limitations of my circumstances. I was told said that I could try to make a payment to attempt to activate the account but I could not guarantee that it would even be applied to the account since it has been deactivated. The Wayne retail employee was so kind that he called his regional manager for further assistance and was suggested going to a corporate store where they have more access to accounts. This was when I went to the King of Prussia, PA, ATT corporate location. I was advised to speak with the manager Waheed. Upon meeting him, I asked him if we could sit down because the situation was complex. He refused and was more more concerned about a video call on Zoom or Google meet on his laptop. When I tried to explain the situation, he had no interest or compassion, and told me he cannot help me. When I asked if he could call his regional manager, he said he will not. When I asked him if will help me at all, he refused. I was shocked and got upset. I said, " I have a sick elderly mother who is home without a phone and needs help. You will not help me?" He said he did not care and would not help me. He also said I should call customer service but I explained they told me to go to a store. I then looked to see who Waheed was speaking with on his computer because he was clearly more interested in his personal affairs. He then got upset. He then proceeded to threaten to call the police if I did not leave the store. I asked him to please write down his name before I left. He refused. When I asked if I could use his pen and paper in front of him myself, he said no and that I should go across the room to their office desk area and get the pen for myself there. I explained I was not comfortable going to a company desk which would give him an excuse to call the police on me. When he picked up his personal phone and behaved as if he was calling the police I left. As a former lawyer, and someone who has never had an issue with the law, I am greatly disturbed by the threats to call the police on me for his refusal to help me. Waheed is temperamental, self serving, uncaring, insensitive and cruel. Do not go to this store if you need true help. Waheed as the manager is not interested in doing his job.

    I will be forever grateful to the wonderful people at Epoch IT. My laptop was hacked and I…read moresearched for computer services and saw Epoch listed. I called and the woman who answered (second ring, by the way, no long drawn-out introduction message) listened patiently and empathetically as I went on, and on, and on, about how embarrassed I was and I knew better, etc. She assured me Epoch would be happy to make it all better. No pressure or hype, just bring the laptop in and Epoch will take care of getting rid of any malicious software that the hackers loaded onto my hard drive. I did that and in less than 24 hours (yes, a little $$$ extra for expedited service) my laptop was clean as a whistle. Matt and Doo Yen were wonderful. So pleasant and patient which is exactly what I needed. This hacking event spurred me on to get a new desktop and Matt came and picked up both the old and the new desktop and brought it back the next day with all of my files loaded onto my new machine. Matt made it easy for me to access all of my files which is amazing if you've ever had to bring all of your files over from an old computer to a new one. I am up and running again (I work part time for a lawyer) and I feel assured my machines are clean and running at peak speed and Epoch turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. Thank you Matt and Doo Yen for keeping my spirits up and saving the day!
