Very Deceptive SALES, I asked for a Galaxy A16, ended up with A15, without consulting me, then it turns out the phone is refurbished ( Not New ) phone is garbage, super slow, loses calls, doesn't always recognize the SIM. I was told the phone was New. I went back to the store, the salesmans wife was there and refused to hear anything, she said if have a issue call customer service. I will be filing complaint with BOOST Customer Complaints and Corporate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE IN ANY WAY, I spoke to another Boost Store, they said that store gives BOOST Mobile a bad name for prior complaints they they helped resolved. read more

The man working there (very thin, around 50 years old, with a black beard) first told me to leave the store so he could pray during business hours, which was already inappropriate. During the time he was repairing my phone, he made repeated comments with a sexual undertone and behaved in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, he sold me what turned out to be a fake Chinese iPhone and replaced my original screen with a very cheap low-quality one (around $13 value)for 170 $ When I later asked for a refund after discovering the phone was fake, he denied ever selling it to me. When I tried to address the issue, he started yelling aggressively and behaving in a completely unstable manner, so I had no choice but to leave. I reported this place to right departments

Boost Mobile to name a few I recently was forced to go from virgin mobile to boost. Bad choice on their end. Not the same coverage at all .the communication was at its lowest. Went to a T mobile store because of the over 55 program. I had a few bumps along the way from the phone number and the phone itself which I worked out with a very knowledgeable person on the phone to help solve my issues. I wish I new the where the man worked out of but his name was Mike. He jumped hoops and gave me so many discounts I was like where did this guy come from..he had me up and my account was at an discount better than going into the store. He even stayed on the line as I went into the T mobile store for the help he couldn't do on his end. After in which the man at the store couldn't do he gave me the discounts a few days later to offset what they wouldn't do at the store.. thank God for this gentleman as he saved his company from me going to Verizon. For that and when my bill couldn't get fixed at other times the team on the phone is much better than dealing with the help at the store. Hats off to T Mobile home team I'm here to stay.....

I went on Metro's website and purchased a $150 phone, screen protector, and case totaling $200. I received a confirmation email with an order number. It said if I ordered the phone before 3pm I would get the phone the next day. If i ordered after 3pm, i would get the phone the following day. It said i should expect a email once the phone has been shipped. 6/16 no email. 6/17 I decide to call Metro. The representative told me to respond to the email I received. I told her that I could not respond. She put me on a brief hold and when she came back she said your phone will be delivered via ups by 3pm tomorrow. I said great. 6/18 no delivery. 6/19. I call metro and speak to another representative. He basically calls me a liar because there is no way that the previous rep could give me the ups information . I asked for the Previous customer service reps name and ID number. He was very reluctant to give to me. He gave me her Id number only. He told me the only thing I could do was WRITE to Metro and explain my situation. In the meantime my phone may or may not come. I was obviously upset and asked to speak to a manager. He put me on hold. Got back on the phone and said "hello mam" I said yes.. He then hung up on me. No we did not get disconnected. This is a huge company and this is how I get treated! I have no one to contact but scripted customer service reps. The $200 was taking out of my account but I have to WRITE to a major company in 2020 to get my phone or money back is unacceptable!
