They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses. Gone are the cheap items made with dodgy materials from no name manufacturers. They've been replaced with mid and high tier selections for every experience level. The live girl shows are still here. There is a theater upstairs where the video booths used to be. Entry costs money unless you come as a couple. And to help accommodate more weekend fun, the store and theater are now open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday.

We were visiting from Northern Virginia (where gamestops monopolize the gaming community) and needed to do some shopping. With the buy 2 get one free, we ended up leaving the store 50 dollars and 7 games in hand. The employee (I think he was co-owner) was even kind enough to clean one of the games for us that he wouldn't normally clean because it was from the bargain bin! They're packed floor to ceiling with like every game for every console, new or old. They also have a bunch of old and new consoles.
