The staff is informative, helpful, and very friendly...another reason why I love small businesses! I recommend this place to anyone who loves videogames, especially retro-gaming! I hope they stay in business for a long time.

When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by several employees. They asked us to head to one of the counters in the back and they would assist us shortly. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses. We were happy with the level of service we received here and will definitely be back.

It DOES NOT cost that much to send under 1 lb., at most $7-$8 but they do not provide any other option for shipping other than 2-day priority so I placed my order as my 6yr old son really wanted these Amiibos for his kindergarten graduation gift. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening & did not receive it until Saturday. That does NOT reflect 2-day priority. So I got gouged with outrageous shipping charges just to have it shipped late!!! When I addressed my concerns to the business they simply stated that they do not guarantee shipping & responded very unprofessionally. They clearly are in the business of ripping off consumers & DO NOT care about customer retention. As a former business owner, DO NOT OVERCHARGE your customers for shipping, be ethical & give the customer exactly what they paid for! You just lost me as a customer.

Receipt and PS5 game in tow, we were told by the cashier that we couldn't return the game because the return window expired on January 11th. We said, "But that's today". She replied, Yeah, it expired". We then said, "Actually it DIDN'T yet expire...if YESTERDAY was January 11th, then it would have expired". She looked at us as if we were speaking another language. She called her manager on his cell, and he said that there was nothing he could do because the cash register would never allow him to return something after the return window expired.
